Jeff and Josiah were professional, kind, and courteous. They were on top of the installation process from beginning to end and extremely communicative. Aces!!

No call just showed up made me late to work had to show where the leak was.

It’s so refreshing to do business with a company that actually does everything they say they’re going to do and then some. After giving us a honest assessment of our roof and educating us on some of our options. Then they showed up exactly when they said they were did a beautiful job on a roof and we’re finished exactly when they said they were going to be finished and they left my home cleaner and in better condition it was when they get there. I strongly recommend brown roofing.

Arthur is a very competent employee. He is very thorough and very caring that it is done right.

Cons:
The estimator was 4 hours late.
The paper estimate didn't come until I harassed them for a copy.
The repair was rescheduled twice. (Emergencies kept bumping my appointment even though I was scheduled?)
The repair guys laid in the middle of my driveway while they waited for more parts to be delivered.
There wasn't any communication at all from the business's end. I only found out of the rescheduling, payment options, estimate copies, etc because I called each time. (No proactive measures were taken)
I was talking to my S/O and used the phrase I feel like I'm begging them to take my money & do the work...

Pros:
The price. They came in well under-budget and blew away four other estimates, once by well over a grand.
The repairs were done quickly and efficiently.
Invoice/payment was all online and simple to complete.
Electronic/PDF documents (estimate and receipt) via email.
I assume that the quality is pretty good (there are no more birds on my roof, there aren't any leaks and the plywood looks new).
No dust, debris or mess was left - it was all cleaned up as promised.

Overall:
If you have the time and energy to be your own advocate with this company, I say go for it. If you're out of town or unable to manage the procedural aspect that will be required of you to actually start the process, I'd recommend checking a few other places out.

Completed the whole process from starting insurance claim to installing the roof, they handled it all. Very satisfied with project.

All of the work was done on time and with the result that I was expecting. They did a good job of cleaning up debris and nails. I would recommend them to anybody wanting a quality job.

Jack was knowledgeable and explained everything. He did all he said he would do on my roofs and more. I am very pleased with the results. Should I need any remodeling/repairs in the future, Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling would be the One I would call.

Through the whole process of me working with Best Choice Roofing, Justin was very helpful and understanding. He answered any questions I had and got me a brand new roof which my insurance company paid for! I am very happy with the service I received from Justin and Best Choice Roofing. I don’t know if anyone else has had a problem finding contractors who are HONEST and do high QUALITY work without absolutely gouging on the price but I certainly have had that problem during my time in Arizona. From missed appointments to extremely poor communication throughout the process of home improvement projects, I feel like I have experienced all of the worst things...

That is until I found Tacheny Exteriors! They recently helped me with a roofing project and I must say I totally underestimated them (even to the point of being rude to them at the beginning of the process because of previous negative experiences with other contractors- sorry about that!). Not only were they prompt, professional, and proficient but they even helped consult me on a few things that would have been unnecessary expenses which kept more money in my bank account.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who has had less than stellar experiences in the past- they will show you what it’s like to truly be a valued customer!

the best or nothing

Great place and great people!!

I was in a hurry to replace my roof because Tesla solar was installing my system and had moved up my installation date. Pinnacle was able to bump up my roof installation a few weeks in order to accommodate my solar install. I really appreciated this. Everyone with whom I dealt was professional. I was happy with my new roof.

Thanks Sean your honesty and knowledge of roofing was very helpful Sean and his crew was completely Pleasant experience to deal with and have to work on our roof. Not only did Sean have the patience with our decision on color picking of the tile he definitely took the time to send us multiple samples when it came down to our decision for the color of the tile we were undecisive when it came to it but he had the patience and the time to take out of his busy work schedule to send us options of what we were looking for so that we could actually have the right color for our house Sean was very understanding very flexible patient and very accommodatable I came down to a final decision Sean and his crew or very confident fast working clean and definitely will be spreading the word of mouth to friends and family and anyone we know when it comes down to having someone look for a roofer who is knowledgeable experienced dedicated and very accommodating and patient with the customers we appreciate all your work Sean and wish you and the SDC family all the best thanks again you guys were amazing!! Our 25 year-old home needed tile roof maintenance to avoid potential water damage by monsoon rains. We went out and solicited total of 4 bids which had varied details to consider. DCR had lower price and did not charge extra for tiles that needed to be replaced. Work began and finished in 4 days. We are happy with the job they did.

Totally professional from start to finish. Materials delivered on time. Work started and ended on time. Absolutely no issues with work quality. Clean up was perfect. Was updated by office on all dates. Recommend without reservation.

It's like McDonalds, I'm loving it!
