I have worked with a lot of contractors over the last 50 plus years and I can honestly say that TSM Roofing was one of the best experiences I have ever had. They were responsive in providing an inspection and proposal to repair my roof. In my opinion, the proposal/price was more than fair. Once accepted, the work was done in a timely manner. They showed up on time, completed the project before the estimated completion date, and cleaned up when done. Tyler and Carolyn at TSM were a joy to work with and it is fair to say that they far exceeded my expectations.

We are very happy that we chose Almeida Roofing. The entire process of bidding and installation was handled in a very professional and customer service oriented manner. Their bid was fair and everything was done with keeping me informed as one of their priorities. When they found the bad wood that I knew they would, they brought it to our attention immediately. The installers were all very friendly and they cleaned everything up. I would and have recommended them to friends and neighbors. If you are looking to have your roof serviced or, in my case, replaced then look no further than Stapleton Roofing. After interviewing 4 different roof contractors, I was blown away by what was offered from Stapleton. But before you pass judgement that I might not be qualified, here is my story.
Everyone in Phoenix remembers the hail storm of 2010 and the damage it left in its wake. We did the wrong thing and hired a company based on price alone - HUGE mistake. I had more leaks with that roof done by an inferior company.
Additionally, I have a neighbor with a birdseed block who feeds birds that like to roost on MY roof. Those birds poked holes throughout my roof, too. You can't pick your neighbors but you can pick roofing companies with solutions for the problems.
After 4 kitchen pans for drips, a huge hole in the ceiling in our master bedroom to a CRAZY leak and bird holes everywhere, I did the search.
It is rare to find good trades and even more rare to find ethical trades. Stapleton actually listened to my issues and did not give me a standard answer that the other roof contractors provided. And they did everything they said they would do.
I felt the contract was a good value but what I learned is you NEVER want to take shortcuts with a roof - I learned that the hard way.
In summary, Stapleton Roofing is awesome and you'll like the results.

Daryl Brubaker was our work manager. His thorough knowledge helped us make decisions that gave us the best looking project in the end. He handled with the insurance company so the entire process was seamless. These guys are pros!

Jack did a great job for me and came out quickly to give me an estimate himslef.
It was a good price. He scheduled it to be done the next day and his guys came on
time and did a good job. They cleaned up the whole job site and even took a bunch
of gargage away that wasn't even theirs and I never asked them to. Nice touch!

Happy Anniversary to Starkweather Roofing! 20 years ago today on 3/7/1997, we were awarded our first job - an asphalt built-up roof on a Boston Market located at the southwest corner of S. Alma School Rd. and W. Main St. in Mesa, AZ. It's now a Burger King, but that roof is still on the building keeping the inside dry... so they can enjoy the rain.

They don't repair all roofs as advertised

My husband and I spoke with Ray and at first were very pleased. we were going to install a giant sliding glass door in our new home. we learned after we put down $5000 that he was just a salesman. He misused our funds by hiring an engineer first before even pulling the plans from the city. He miscommunicated to the engineer what we wanted and completely misquoted. He kept saying we didn't have a post-tension slab when we told him multiple times that we did. We kept getting told yeah, that's what I've said after we corrected him on multiple things: he originally recommended the complete opposite (i.e. drilling into the foundation on a known post-tension slab). Misuse of funds entirely, didn't send us the correct refund amount, and disregarded what we wanted/our budget. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Worked with Jake from Tempe and had a great experience getting a new roof on my home. Professional service, kept me informed, and had good crew with good inspection at the end.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Please stop your search and give these guys a call. We own a very unique, old house that experienced significant damage in a storm. After several contractors backed out of the job due to the technical difficulty of the fix, I got Superior's number from a general contractor. Rick and his team went to great lengths to diagnose the repair needs of a complex roofing job, liaised with specialty vendors, and put together a plan of action and got the fix done within a very short period of time and for a completely reasonable budget. It's now pouring rain out and our house is bone dry and looks better than ever. Thank you Rick - you are great at what you do.

The absolute WORST roofing company I have ever worked with. Incredibly inconsiderate, and disrespectful workers who left my lot littered with trash.
