It was my experience with Bob that made me decide to go with Scott Roofing. The first reason I chose your company was because Bob was the ONLY estimator that walked, measured and diagramed the entire roof. Your competitors only focused on the area that I had a problem with. The second reason was Bob’s willingness to check at the bone yard to try to find matching tiles. Your competitor’s didn’t even offer. The third reason was that Bob took the time to sit down and go over everything in detail. He made me feel like a valued customer, and I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision on the spot.

I had gathered three bids from your competitors and Scott Roofing was not the most affordable. However, after talking with Bob and comparing how he approached his bid against your competitors, I felt more comfortable going with Scott Roofing and paying the higher price because I believed that my repairs would be done correctly.

Very good job it seems. Thorough. Estimator came out on time. Then a pre site inspector came out. Then the crew came out and did the work. Then a post work inspector came out. Wow, very professional. The quality of the repair seems very good but the next heavy rainstorm will tell. Two year warranty on the repair. Very satisfied so far.

Quality work. I quoted a few roofing companies and Lyons was a little higher than the other 2. However, what Lyons offers more than made up for the difference. They added missing components that the original house was not built with and made sure new bird repellent equipment was installed new. The project manager inspect the quality of work daily and came back after my solar system was reinstalled to ensure no broken tiles or damaged was caused by the solar company. I would recommend Lyons as a great option for any roof replacement project, when you buy something that will hopefully last 20 years you want the craftsmanship to make sure that it does.

Process was very smooth and easy and the roof went up quickly and looks amazing!

I have worked with Castile Roofing twice. Both times required me to provide oversight. When the incorrect color was installed, I had to call and they replaced the roof. When they left my bare roof uncovered during a rainstorm, I had to call for them to put up a tarp. When the interior of my house was damaged from the rain, I had to demand that they help.

They have now made efforts to get me squared away. The new roof looks good and hopefully every thing works out.

BEWARE OF GEO ROOFING!!! GEO ROOFING IS A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! IN EARLY FEBRUARY MIKE PETERSON (GEO SALESMAN) CAME TO MY HOUSE AND GAVE ME A QUOTE FOR A NEW ROOF ON MY HOUSE. HE SAID THEY WERE RUNNING 2-3 WEEKS OUT. I PAID THEM A DOWN PAYMENT OF 5500 AND THEY GAVE ME AN INSTALL DATE FOR FEBRUARY 26 2019. LETTY (GEO OFFICE MANAGER) CALLED ME ON THE EVENING OF FEBRUARY 25TH (THE DAY BEFORE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO START) AND TOLD ME THEY WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO START UNTIL MARCH 6TH NOW BECAUSE THEY WERE SO BACKED UP. MARCH 6TH CAME AROUND AND NOBODY SHOWED UP AND NOBODY CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. I TRIED TO CALL MIKE PETERSON (GEO SALESMAN) AND HE DIDN'T ANSWER. I LEFT HIM A MESSAGE AND HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. HOURS LATER LETTY (GEO OFFICE MANAGER) CALLS ME AND SAYS ALL HER ROOF WORKERS GOT IN A CAR ACCIDENT AND NOW THEY WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO START UNTIL MARCH 11TH. SO THAT DAY CAME AROUND AND GUESS WHAT...NOBODY SHOWED UP AGAIN AND NO CALL FROM GEO LETTING ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. I TRIED TO CALL LETTY BUT SHE WOULD NOT TAKE MY CALL. THEY HAVE A RECEPTIONIST SCREENING ALL THE CALLS. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY INSISTENT ON GETTING MY NAME AND WHY AM I CALLING. THEY WOULD NOT REFUND MY 5500 DOWN PAYMENT SO I HAD TO CALL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND DISPUTE THE CHARGE!!! THIS COMPANY IS SOOOO BAD. I JUST DON'T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYBODY ELSE. I highly recommend Precision Roofing LLC, who recently performed a project for us. The quality of the work and craftsmanship was first rate. The price was fair and we were not charged anything beyond what was agreed to and the project was completed in the timeframe promised. The operation is extremely professional in all respects, from the initial estimate through the final walk through.

It’s been difficult to find a roof repair company, because everyone just wants to replace the entire roof. However, I saw these guys doing work while I was running and asked if they could replace couple shingles for me. This was on Friday, by Monday I had my shingles replaced.
