I couldn’t be more impressed with the staff and services I received at Jenkins. Our bathtub was leaking and ended up getting all the way into our bedroom, it was a mess and super scary. Jenkins got out within an hour of us calling and started drying everything right away. The manager Cory provided excellent customer service every step of the way. Thank you Jenkins!

My business flooded from a burst pipe and having had bad experiences with a prior service company I asked a friend who i should call. Go To Services arrived within 30 minutes with an army of skilled workers carry massive amounts of equipment to handle the job. They knew just what to do and even helped me through the insurance claim process. I was able to keep my business going and was fully operation by the time the insurance adjuster had arrived! My house sustained damage from the storms that popped thru Az in March of this year.i went thru my insurance company and called a couple of referrals that they had sent me..none of them worked.i was talking to a buddy at work and he saidyou need to call Ken Hawk.he explained why,so I made the call.it was the easiest call to make..his entire staff was amazing.he put my mind at ease when it came to all the repairs(which included having an entire tile roof redone.the prices were great ! I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

First of all I wouldn’t listen to the other negative reviews because these guys were amazing! My family’s home burnt down and we were devastated. After much research we chose to go with DriRite-CMG3. They were amazing from the start! Paul kept me informed every step of the way and made me feel at ease with the whole process. The workers came on time and work was performed and completed when they said it would be. Very clean and professional work! And they were even able to rebuild my custom cabinets in my kitchen that I loved! I would not look anywhere else! They are the best!

Be careful working with this company if you are a temporary worker. They love to exercise their power over you.

This guy was hired by allstate to check on moisture issues found on a bedroom carpet in my home after a heavy rain..He came in and suggested the claim from allstate to be dropped and advised he could do the work of drying out the area, replace the padding under the carpet and that he would check for the issue causing the leak..
A fan was placed in the area and left overnight..The area was checked the following day and the padding was never replaced and the cause of the damage was never looked into..The charge for using a fan? $300..When he was questioned via email about the work and the charge the entire story of what was going to be done had changed and a breakdown of costs was created in an attempt to justify the $300 charge.
A deceptive and dishonest business that overcharged and didn't do as promised..I would steer clear of this shady businessman..
Allstate was given the information and hopefully, do not use this business for any of their claims issues..

I used Kamil to clean our carpets a bit ago and he worked very hard and did a GREAT job. I'll be using him again for sure!

In my opinion, this company was so terrible, slow, and uncommunicative that I could never recommend them to anyone. Kowalski has now become a verb in our house for when something is messed up. Oops, I hammered this nail crooked, I Kowalski'd it. Oh look, the siding that was supposed to be replaced, but instead was hammered down and is now popping out again - they Kowalski'd it. Every chance they had to cut corners, they did, and only fixing some errors when they were caught. I should have fought harder with them to actually fix their mistakes, but after 6 months of dealing with them, I just wanted to live in my house. Avoid this company if you want your work done in a quality, timely manner with communication.

I'm very happy with Rich and Apex. Never a problem with making the appointment window. Very conscientious about helping us keep our ancient carpeting looking as good as possible.
