I was very impressed with Teemu from Renco Roofing. His customer service was outstanding. He was a very nice professional young man. He knows his job very well and stands behind his company! When it was time to do the roof his crew showed up everyday, and cleaned up at the end of the day. They actually finished the roof a few days early! I was very impressed with this company and will refer them to everyone!

Ernie came out to evaluate our roof problem on our patio that was caused by a previous construction company. He suggested some options for repair that included foaming the room (very small flat roof), however, he was confident that the leak was caused by a poor job of caulking areas that could easily leak. He assisted in sealing the area with an industrial caulk and provided suggestions for me to further water proof the stucco which needed painting. He was fair, honest and happy to help and didn't charge a dime. Great experience - thanks Ernie!

We have had excellent service from Mikku & Sons Roofing twice. Three years ago we had a roof leak in our shop. I called Mikku and they came out that same day and made the repair (no more leaks). With this good service, there was no one else to call to give us a new flat roof on our house (roof over 20 years old). Our entire roof is covered with solar panels so it was considerably more effort for Dion and Mike to put down the new roof. We were kept up-to-date on the progress and the project was completed in a timely manner at a reasonable cost.

Very impressed with the quality of the work done and personnel involved. Kris Chavez, the onsite Project Manager was very accommodating to my questions and requests throughout the process, especially in helping us with our insurance claim. After roof damage from monsoons, Brian came out right away to give me an estimate, then tarped the roof (during another rain storm). They were competitively price and quick to respond. My roof was completed from start to finish in two days. Fantastic job and clean up. Have already recommended them to neighbors.

I recently used pinnacle roofing to replace he underlayments on my roof. The job itself appears to be well done, however they left a mess behind when they were done despite the contract stating that they were responsible for cleaning up all debris.

As background, I was scheduled to have our roof done in mid July, however pinnacle called me in late June to see if I’d be interested in having them come early. I was going to be on vacation was assured it was no problem as they did not need to access the house.

The mess started they day before I left for vacation which was the first day they started working. After work, I came home to find our pool filled with debris and nails that could’ve wrecked the pool cleaner. When I called pinnacle to explain the issue and my concern given that I’d be out of town, they told me that the pool should’ve been tarped and that they would take care of it.

I returned home from vacation after the job was complete. I immediately found ~10 large nails in the driveway that could’ve easily wrecked my truck tires. I also walked to the backyard to find all of our plants dead and the pool water dangerously low. I later discovered that the water to the house had been shut off while I was gone and not turned back on.

I called pinnacle about this and while they did come out to inspect the quality of the roof work itself, I received no apology for the nails or the water being turned off. Instead I was told that they didn’t turn the water off to the house and that it must have been someone else despite them being the only ones at the house that week. When I asked to be refunded for the $200 we paid to replace the dead plants, they would only credit $100 (this was a $12k project). Their lack of accountability to the sloppy cleanup job by their team makes me think this is a common experience with this crew. If I were to do this job again I would use a different company.

It seems my experience with Next Gen is similar to others. I had already gotten a few quotes and then saw the Next Gen sign in my neighbor's yard. I went over to ask about the price and their experience and they had nothing but great things to say. So I decided to get an additional quote from Travis and the rest is history! Of my 4 quotes, Next Gen was in the low-to-mid range and I got the best vibe from Travis--very professional, friendly, and helpful. As others have noted, they also know how to clean up. Also interacted with Turner and had similar experience with him--professional and very nice to work with. They made the whole process as painless as possible and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof!

We got quotes for our leaky foam roof from several companies. A few never showed up at all, one went to the wrong house, another said they’d send a quote and never did… Mark Dunne with Dunne Roofing was the pure opposite of all that usual contractor nonsense! He showed up when he said he would, he kept in constant communication, he sent his quote even faster than expected and shot me a message to let me know he’d e-mailed it. He listened to our issues and explained to us in detail what the pros and cons of the project were, and showed us pictures of our roof to back it up. Based on the pricing he quoted us, his expert knowledge (built from years working in the hot southwest sun), and his near magical level of contractor communication skills, hiring him was a no brainer. He even did the work himself! We now have a roof with a warranty (certificate and all) for five years and he’ll come by for annual inspections at our request to make sure it’s staying in shape. It has rained BUCKETS since he did the work in July and we are happy to report: NO MORE LEAKS, yay!!! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

I hired Circle G to repair our roof after a year into owning our home. They delivered high quality, prompt service at an affordable rate. It was the best experience I could ask for regarding home repairs. But it gets even better... my roof repair was covered under 3 year warranty, so after the brutal storms we've had this summer (2021), we had a slight leak coming through our bedroom fan. Within days, Circle G was back out to our house, found a small scratch from birds or branches and patched it up in less than 5 minutes. Super responsive, super professional and highly recommended regardless of the issues you may be dealing with.

We have used Ultra Foam as a subcontractor for some of our remodeling projects. They are knowledgeable, friendly, on time and they do a great job! We do not get callbacks for warranty issues with the projects they have done. They are a top notch, quality installer with high integrity, and we highly recommend them.

I had leak issue with my roof and had no idea that all the wood underneath the tiles was rotted. It was a mess.
