Scott roofing has done a repair and many years later a replacement. The owner is meticulous and makes sure what they do is right and made to last.

To set the stage; colder/wetter/windier winter than normal; tough labor market. Both of which have made it challenging to get work done in less than 4 - 6 weeks. To add to that I would guess that the cosmetic work that I needed done probably fell at the bottom 5% of the business being generated from the work that I needed done. However, I'll tell you that the approach Chad took to assessing and recommending what was needed made it seem as if I was a top 5% customer not a bottom 5%.

Chad came prepared with estimates, answers and clear recommendations on how to proceed. Timelines were outlined, but he continued to work it after our discussion to compress the timeline significantly to get the work done.

It's not always going to work out in our favor, but I'll tell you if you are looking for an honest, professional, understanding approach to the work that needs to be done standing on the foundation of decades of experience, then Chad and Allstate Roofing is your next call if you need work done on your roof. We had some trim tiles replaced on our roof after some bad weather had taken them off. Ky-Ko was easy to work with. The staff was friendly and pleasant over the phone, the initial roof check was free and they had somebody over to fix our roof within a week. Oscar L. was professional and informed me of everything he was doing and what the process would be. He made sure it all looked good and left me some extra tiles just in case. It was very quick over-all process! I would recommend!

Bought our house two years ago and inherited the roof and warranty. Had some storm damage. Called Lyons Roofing and were treated as if we were the original owners. They made the repairs in a timely fashion and renewed the warranty. Communication was great.

I had a 22 year old roof and was concerned about possible damage due to monsoons and other rain. I called stonecreek and they got back to me shortly to set up an inspection. They had a price with warranty that was better then the other 5 companies I talked to. I had the pleasure of working with Jerry, he was amazing and always quick to respond when I had a question. The workers were fast and professional and finished in 2 days. They replaced my roofs underlayment and well as some broken tiles and concrete. It's such a relief to have it done and they even had financing which was very helpful. Makes this your first and only call.

Castile Roofing did a great job on my roof! Chris completed a roof repair after I moved into my new home. He was responsive, on time, accommodating to my schedule, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Alex over the phone was great on getting everything finalized. Wonderful company, would do business with them again! Highly recommended!

The underlayment on our roof was replaced last year by Hardacker Roofing.
I just realized that I had not taken the time to write a review so I apologize for being late.
My wife and I were extremely happy and satisfied with the work that Clyde had provided. In fact we just referred him to our next door neighbor for a similar job.
They were fast , professional, neat and their price was fair.

In monsoon season 2017 , we had two crazy storms that gave us roof issues, but Star Roofing came out and fixed them right away each time. They also gave us some good recommendations and quotes on anything that could be a future issue and they fixed that also. I just really appreciate how professional and courteous their team was and I would recommend them to anyone!

Update: Vertex can make any excuses they want. I will only be in my house for another ten years and what was important to me was the color. I wanted a SILVER roof and I got a DARK GRAY roof. Not only that, no one bothered to give me a heads up on the color switch. I only found out after seeing it once it was installed, which is very unprofessional and deceptive (no chance to say no). It might have happened in 2018, but it makes me unhappy every time I look at it. :-(

You can also tell a lot about the company from their response. We are sorry to see this review followed by a long discourse on why the customer is wrong, is not a good response. A good company would have responded that they are sorry to see that I am still disappointed in their service/product and is there anything more they can do?

I have had many customer service issues and was very disappointed with Vertex Roofing!! They are horrible at returning emails/phone calls and keeping customers updated.

I ended up with a color roof that I did not select!!! I was told they no longer had the color I chose, but instead of coming back and asking me, they chose another color for me on their own. It is supposedly a higher grade material, but I am still disappointed. **Update due to this darker color I have not seen any energy savings.**

Here are some of the other issues:

--After I signed the contract I received an email that said that I would be notified when my materials came in, which I was not.

--When I developed a leak around the ceiling fan in my dining room in August, it took me two phone calls and two emails to get a response. I was just told August 14th that I would be up the end of the next week or the beginning of the following. The Production Manager said that he would be out to look at the job site, which to my knowledge never occurred.

--The next few weeks were very stressful as it was raining almost every day and I was worried about more leaking. I finally called on the 23rd to see if I could get an update, since no one had been out and I didn't even know if all my materials were in.

-- Production Manager called Friday 24th to say a crew would be out early Monday and he would email me the specifics. I never received an email.

--The crew did a good job and worked around the dogs by not going in the back yard. However, Thursday when they left they said they would be returning the next day. I work from home, so I moved a few meetings from Friday morning to Tuesday morning in case of noise. No one showed up or called until around 1 pm, the Production Manager called to say they would be back Saturday morning to finish.

--Finished as promised Saturday, but I had a standing volunteer engagement and was not here when they left. I was expecting to be left care instructions/warranty information, which I never received.

--One last customer service oddity was that no one in the company that I tried to contact who has a cell phone had their voice mail set up with a message confirming their name and that they are a Vertex Roofing employee. The generic you have reached #, did not fill me with confidence that I even had the right number.

All of these issues were addressed with an apology and 1.25% discount off the price, which is not a lot, but I just wanted to be done with all the hassle.

Unfortunately, there is a part II to the saga. I never received a final receipt from the last payment (made over the phone) or the warranty information that was supposed to come from the manufacturer. I also did not approve my two raised air roof vents and whirlybird to be removed from my roof.

In fact part of the sales pitch was for an extra fee I could get a raised roof line with increased air vents all along the top to save energy. I did not have the additional money for that, but the sales representative thought it would be fine with my existing vents.

After a lot of hassle I finally got a blurry electronic copy of warranty information, my receipt, and one whirly bird installed.

Gave Phoenix roofing a call because my roof was in bad shape, they came out the following day and inspected my roof. They informed me of a few issues.
1, hail damage
2, previous roofers installed ridge incorrectly,
3, roof was starting to blister
4, had warped decking.

Thought I would be paying a lot of out of pocket to repair damages. Isiah informed me that my roof could be paid for by my insurance company. Gave Farmers a call and Phoenix roofing took care of the rest. Insurance paid for my roof and the code upgrades to insure no further issues.

Phoenix roofing is a wonder company to work with and great with insurance as they got my roof back to code and the only cost was my deductible which was mostly covered by collateral damages.

Need someone to get the job done right the first time give Phoenix Roofing a call.

Geo roofers in Phoenix did a super job on roof!! The roof repair that they performed for me was outstanding. They quickly identified the problem and provided a detailed explanation of the repair process. The team worked tirelessly to complete the repair in a timely and efficient manner, and the end result was nothing short of excellent.

If this is a sign of things to come, I'll be back! And recommend as well. Capstone employee was on time...courteous..honest...and fixed a tile that had lifted for free. All within 15-20 minutes. Good job!

The contractor who came out initially to give us an estimate took his time to thoroughly explain the process, materials used & options. They completed the job in 1 day! Wow, these are some hard working guys. They were as neat as possible & did a thorough job of cleaning up afterwards. The contractor came out to inspect the job & showed us before & after pictures of water damaged areas that were repaired. Quality workmanship! Highly recommend this roofing company.

This company is amazing. I noticed a leak in my roof, and several other companies wouldn’t come out to my house for a week or more. Travis came to assess the roof the day after I called him. He is incredibly knowledgeable, provided very reasonable pricing, and got the job done in a timely manner. He sent me pictures of the progress as it happened. His crew left the exterior of my house spotless after each day of work. So professional. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with roofing needs!
