Best Service And Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

Had some roof damage during monsoon season. Called TSM and they were very fast. Dustin Denmark showed up on time and was able to complete job right away. I would highly recommend Dustin and TSM for any of your roofing needs.

I chose this company because of their good reviews. The guys that came to the house and did the work were professional and effecient. There was damage done to the interior of my house. I contacted the company regarding the issues. They stated they were not responsible for the damage. I was dissastified with their lack of concern regarding the issue.

This was a Fantastic experience from start to finish. We had several roofing companies come out to give us estimates and tried to talk us into their more expensive products and time frames were 9-12 weeks. We got in touch with Castiler Roofing and spoke with Alex who pulled satellite as we were on the phone and was able to look at our patio roof and give me a real time quote on the phone. He let me know they could have this done in one day and that it would be a week out and he would call me. He followed up with pictures of a similar home/job they did and called me the day he said he would to tell me that his guys would be out the next day. Yonathan and his crew showed up, got their materials, and got everything done. They were unbelievably professional and explained what they were doing, made recommendations for what really needed to be done and worked the entire day getting everything done. It was a GREAT job, exactly what we needed, and the guys cleaned everything before they left. Alex and Yonathan were both very knowledgeable, professional, and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They really listened to what I was asking them for and delivered. The next day after working with Alex was amazing getting our roof inspection report and invoices. I would recommend this company hands down and plan on working with them in the future.

Kris Chavez was very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He was responsive, prompt, and listened to us, as consumers.

Austin came when schedule. He is very professional and explains everything thoroughly. He was a breath of fresh air compared to the other roofing companies I had talked to. His men came early on the day the roof was scheduled. They went right to work and worked hard all day. They finished my roof in one day. It is beautiful and they cleaned everything up perfectly. You can't find a better company to do business with.

Gave Phoenix roofing a call because my roof was in bad shape, they came out the following day and inspected my roof. They informed me of a few issues.
1, hail damage
2, previous roofers installed ridge incorrectly,
3, roof was starting to blister
4, had warped decking.

Thought I would be paying a lot of out of pocket to repair damages. Isiah informed me that my roof could be paid for by my insurance company. Gave Farmers a call and Phoenix roofing took care of the rest. Insurance paid for my roof and the code upgrades to insure no further issues.

Phoenix roofing is a wonder company to work with and great with insurance as they got my roof back to code and the only cost was my deductible which was mostly covered by collateral damages.

Need someone to get the job done right the first time give Phoenix Roofing a call.

I needed a repair on my tile roof. I love the fact that they beat every competitors price, without cutting corners on service provided. The friendliness and professionalism was top notch. Had an excellent experience with Capstone Roofing. I was referred to Capstone for work to my tile roof by a general contractor who felt my needs were beyond his scope of experience. I was looking for a company to come out and give my roof a once over, replace any cracked tiles, reset any slipped tiles, and redo all the deteriorated mortar packs as the various ridges. Their crew of three came out on time and got right to work. They did an excellent job of matching the existing tile color and were cleaned up after themselves well, taking care of small spots where mortar had fallen to the ground as they were redoing the mortar packs. The roof is about 20 years old and of the several companies I spoke with, Capstone was the ONLY one interested in helping me perform the needed maintenance to get the most remaining life from my existing roof. EVERY other company I quoted for the work saw 20 years old = you automatically need a new roof, here's a quote for $25 K. I have since referred Capstone to others I know who needed similar maintenance done, repairs after monsoon storms, etc with similar results. This company did a great job in replacing our roofs for a multi-family community. They are highly knowledgeable and skilled and got the job done on time and on budget. I also want to mention that their customer service and progress reporting went above and beyond any other company that I've worked with in the industry.
