I had a roof put in 2 years ago. They did a great job, it was more complex than they anticipated, took a little more time than first expected, but the result was great. I'm writing this 2 years later because I did have a few small issues, which they repaired free of charge within the same week I called them. Very pleased.

On December 16 Ben came out to inspect my roof because I found a leak. Ben spent about 45 minutes to an hour inspecting the roof. When he was completed, he showed me pictures of the issues he had found and explained the repairs he recommended. I had other companies inspect the roof and complete estimates. On January 11 Ernesto crew started repairs. They completed re pairs on January 14. I was very impressed by the quality of the materials, work, professionalism. They picked up trash every day before they left. I am recommending to the other houses in my housing development.

Clyde showed up unannounced, looked at the roof and gave me a reasonable bid. The repair consisted of a one inch bed of black tar paste and a common two-by-six from Home Depot that didn’t match anything else on the house. The worker did not inform me that the job was done nor that he was leaving. I just get a call to pay. Horrible work and customer service just as bad. Had several other companies come out to give me quotes to repair the bad job that Hardacher did. They were all very surprised! Buyer beware! You get what you pay for sometimes.

Vertex did a great job all around. Craig was very clear and straight up with us before, during and after the sale and installation of our new beautiful roof.

The crew was professional, personable, and on time every day. They cleaned up everything, and communicated clearly.

Their work was outstanding and their price was very reasonable. It is hard to find a contractor you can trust to do the right thing and be transparent about everything. Knowledgiable company that does good work. We had them do 3 cool roofs and service 7 others all at the same time.once and they did it in a timely manner. Only one minor incident and the company addressed the problem immediately. They are really on top of things.

Outstanding customer service. I called about tile roofing and they gave me the pros and cons and also suggestions. They didn't try and push a new roof on me which is great, but gave me the best options available for my home.

I'm convinced that you will not find any Roofing contractor that deliver this level of work while remaining competitively priced. My wife and I were impressed by the professionalism of team. Communication was consistent throughout the process, they listen to what we wanted and provided helpful suggestions when were were unsure, there was never any attempt to upsell or confuse us (can't be said for a lot of other places we got quotes from). They did a great job and we'll be going back to them in the future.

The crew was very clean and professional, kept my yard/pool super clean and picked up after themselves which I really appreciated! I ask them to kindly to be careful with a camera cable and they did not unplug, instead worked around it without damaging and I was very thankful for that.

*UPDATE 9/6/22*
Changed to 3 star. After speaking with the new customer service manager who reached out to us, they apologized for their previous response and sent out a team to do a thorough inspection of the roof and they will be sending a company out to fix the inside drywall damage.

*UPDATE 8/7/22* we are still dealing with the terrible workmanship of this company. In addition to the section that wasn’t sealed properly, there was another section that had a saw mark straight through the underlayment and into the wood. Hopefully, they’ll do the right thing and do a complete inspection to identify any other problem areas under the tiles.

Very disappointed in the responses I've gotten from their customer service. Diversified did the roof on my new build that was completed in 2018 and already in 2021 there is a leak due to a section of the roof not being sealed properly. First of all, to only respond that they will charge $95 to inspect and that I'm out of warranty and offer no other explanation when I submitted pictures to them is completely unprofessional. Second, since I had another LISCENSED company come out and do an estimate to repair their mistake, they say that even if I was under warranty, it would now be void. I will not be using this company again and will not refer anyone else to them either.

We recently hired this company to clean our roof, which was covered with many years of black algae, moss and lichen. Not only was the result amazing (like brand new), ALL of the staff were top notch. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this company.

Great experience. There was initially an additional charge for a facia board replacement which was replaced and not charged. Very pleased.

Professional and on time. Coordinated with HVAC installation company and entire job finished in one day.
