Best Roofing Roof Coatings in Phoenix AZ

I contacted this company for a quote. Scheduled an appointment for 10:30am on a Wednesday. Joe contacted me on Tuesday at 5:00pm to confirm the appointment at said time. Come Wednesday at 9:23 am Joe calls telling me he can be at the property between 9:30 to 9:45 am because he is running early. My problem, I don't live at the property 2) I don't want the tenants disturbed. We confirmed the appointment at 10:30am for a reason the previous evening. When I showed up to the property by 10:00am, Joe is quick to tell me he kept knocking on the door to no avail, gave me a quick verbal plan for the roof, told me I would get a written quote and off he went.
Not sure this company is able to follow instructions. From my experience with Joe, I gather they do what is convenient for them no regard for detail. Not sure I will be doing business with this company based on my first impression.

Noticed a wet spot on bathroom ceiling after storm the previous night.Jay came out and reattached a vent that had been dislodged from strong winds from the day before. He was up on the roof for about 10 minutes and came and told me that would solve the leaking problem. I was amazed because two other companies came and gave me estimates of 700 to 1400 dollars to fix the problem.

Almeida Roofing is the most amazing roofing company I have ever came across while living in Phoenix. First of all their secretary Melissa is so polite and helpful and was always quick to return my emails. Kevin came and estimated my roof and didn't try to bullshit me into stuff I didn't need he was fair and honest.

I hate getting home repairs done, so was REALLY not looking forward to replacing my roof. I am so thankful I selected Phoenix Roofing And Remodeling because Mike made the whole process seamless and easy. The team was so quick and did a great job! I really, really appreciated that Mike followed through and did everything on time without me having to place any calls or write emails, which is my biggest pain point in having work done. Back in 2009, we and our neighbors both had an excellent experience with Henry Monzon and Centrik for replacing the underlay of our tile roofs. Great follow up, materials, tips, attention to detail, and clean up. I was looking up their info to refer them to a friend and thought I really needed to leave this review.

Daryl went out to our rental property and provided an estimate that was reasonable He provided samples of the product available It was difficult to make a choice from the small samples Daryl provided addresses of a few locations that we could look at That really helped The project was completed on Time with cleanliness and professionalism We would definitely recommend In-Ex for any roofing needs Thank you.

As expected, Overson Roofing was a good company for the job - a new roof. Working with Joey (Estimator) and Jessica (Office contact) and the fellows who did the roofing work was pleasant and straightforward. We are pleased with the quality of the roof and the quality of the work performed. An interesting tidbit: others in the neighborhood stopped by and wrote down the company's name and contact info.
