Best Roofing Process in Phoenix AZ

The guys at Phoenix Roofing and Repair are awesome. I had them do 18 roofing repairs for a community I manage. Jeff and Josiah are really responsive, and knowledgeable about really anything, but especially when it comes to roofing, Management, insurance, and more. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

TSM did a great job they replaced our whole roof . They were very professional and courteous. I felt they even went above there job and they painted our trimmings to match our new roof. They cleaned up all shingles and debris around our house . We also had and emergency and had to leave town and they worked on the weekend long hours to get our roof finished in time .I would gladly recommend them to Family and Friends. I had a few spots that needed repair on my roof. Stone Creek Roofing's customer service, professionalism, value and quality were top notch! Sarah was a perfect representative for the company. She was not only knowledgeable but truly cared about their quality and ensuring the customer was happy. They not only repaired all of the agreed to areas, But they also went above and beyond by throwing some paint on some spots to ensure the repairs blended in. Highly recommend them!

Best Choice was wonderful to work with! After that big storm we had a couple weeks back, I got approached by one of the employees, who took a look at it and promptly started rattling off a bunch of stuff I had no idea what it was, but it was wrong with my roof! After a cursory google search, I was up to speed and knew what I had to do. Thank you Better Choice!

I have a large home in the Rio Verde area and after hard rains we discovered that we had a significant leak in the roof tiles on the back side of our home. We contact Geo Roofing and they came our right away and fixed the leak that same day. Not only did they fix this leak but they also carefully inspected the rest of our roof and repaired several other areas that also needed attention.
We found them to be polite, professional. efficient and reasonably priced. We were very pleased with the job that they did and we will be very comfortable referring them to family and friends.

I called Tacheny when I was having roof leak issues. Jim was very responsive and took the time to come out and explore the issue. He gave me honest sound advice in his evaluation. Very respectable company for your roofing needs!

We looked at numerous other companies to replace our aging roof and repair some failing structural beams. Four Peaks was price was in line with other companies but their responsiveness and professionalism was well above any other company we spoke with. Jason was extremely responsive and courteous and followed up on each request immediately. They were able to get started very quickly and their crew worked diligently to complete ethe repair & replacement. Some additional roof damage was found and Jeff clearly explained what was needed and had his team come in on Sunday to keep the project on schedule. Jason and Jeff both checked in throughout the project and once it was completed, Jason came back and walked the roof with us to show exactly what had been done and ensure that the quality was up to standard. During the project, we had neighbors ask who we were working with as they were impressed with the quality of workmanship. I would highly recommend Four Peaks. They were easy to work with and the end result looks amazing. As an aside, a huge rainstorm came in the day after completion and no issues were revealed. Very happy with Four Peaks.

Disappointed with customer service... This is not the first time this has happened to me over the past few months, but have the most details on days/number of times called... Started out noticing a nice sized bubble on an interior wall near our front door, and because our roof was warranted for 30 years from Jack the Roofer and we aren't even close to end of this warranty gave him a call to see if he could come out and inspect on 2/24/17. I was told that he was backlogged and that they would be out sometime the next week to take a look at this for us. By 3/3 no call/no show, called back to see if I could get an ETA on when to expect him to come out and inspect. Was told that he would be giving me a call shortly to discuss. No Call/No Show again, tried again on 3/10, same party line, took my information and I should expect to hear back from Jack when he gets a moment. Fast forward to 3/24, still haven't heard anything, still hasn't shown up to take a look. So called on 3/24, and was told that Jack would definitely be giving me a call back to set up an appointment. It is now 3/30 and I STILL haven't heard anything. By this point, I have already attempted to repair the roof myself (though I really want a professional to look at it) and repaired the wall where the water was leaking in to. With the last round of rain, everything looks ok, but this is the most piss-poor customer service I have ever received in my life. Again this is not the first time this has happened to me... Also had a leak back in December and once again, no-call/no-show for weeks... Finally ended up fixing myself and then about a week later a guy shows up and starts stomping around on my roof... Had no idea he was even there if I hadn't heard him walking around (a little freaky to say the least)... This was not Jack, but rather a contractor that he hires out to look at maintenance items... Guy left a bead of goop around the fireplace (where the leak was occurring) and left without saying anything more. This has been a very frustrating experience... Looking back over the reviews that are coming in, looks like I am not the only one experiencing these issues. So much for a warranty on my roof if I can't even get a call back to discuss my concerns let alone try to get a date/time for an appointment.

Called and spoke to Martin when I found a leak today, He was courteous and professional. Came out same day and put a tarp over the leak. Next step waiting to hear back from my insurance company.

Update - Martin went Mia, said he would show up never did, I called another company to cover a second leak. He called the next day said he was really busy. That’s what a phone is for, said he would send an estimate and never did - that was a month ago?? Don’t waste your time

The combination of ALLROOFS and GAF can't be beat. As a Master Elite Roofer ALLROOFS applied the highest standards to my GoldenPledge Roof; no detail was overlooked and I had the additional benefit of having the manufacturer (GAF) warrant my roof. GAF even came out and inspected the roof themselves. I feel confident the roof will be around longer after I am gone.

Their jobs were done well by the team members. In general, we are pleased with the work. Our sphere of influence will definitely include this roofing company.
