On Dec. 14 & 15, 2020, TSM replaced our underlayment under the tile roof. Tyler was the company rep that we worked with from start to finish. Their bid was competitive and exact. All of the workers were experienced and courteous. Tyler checked in with us every day. When the job was completed, they made sure everything was clean 100%. We are totally happy with TSM's job and would recommend as well as use them again.

The Sales person told repairman wrong materials for repair this past Monday. Roofer said he'd call & would back Monday pm or today Tuesday with correct materials. Did not call or show up. Has ignored my text & phone call. Remodel of upstairs bathroom on hold until roof repaired. Waited over a month to get a date for repairs & salesman ignored my request for a date. They have a contract with our Association & obligated to use them. Have recommended to Association that they find another Roofer. I could overlook the delays if they had the decency & professionalism to return my calld.

Almeida Roofing is an excellent company. They came highly recommended from people we know who used them for their roof. They definitely lived up to the reputation that proceeded them. I was given a thorough, professional and free inspection immediately after request. An honest and straightforward estimate came from that. It covered all aspects of the job and was also economical. I subsequently accepted their quote and they went right to work. They completed the job on time and to my complete satisfaction. We contacted MultiPro Roof Solutions after this summer’s monsoon winds caused substantial damage to our roof. Zachary came out and inspected the roof and walked us through the insurance process he was incredibly professional, honest, punctual, and above all- communicative with us. We have been having projects done around our home for about the last year and a half and I would have given anything for them to be as smooth as they were with Zachary and his team.
I have already recommended them to all of my neighbors!

Ryan was awesome. He stopped by after seeing some roof damage after a bad storm. Explained how we’re dealing with insurance and other companies as a tree actually fell in our house but we needed structural work done first before new roofing tiles. He offered to look at the damage, after one general contractor couldn’t do the work he got ahold another contractor who agreed to work it. All this work before I even offered to go through him. Come to find out we already had it set up with insurance through another company and engineer but Ryan was super helpful. A lot of roofing companies just gave a quote and said fix the damage and we’ll repair the tiles, Ryan actually took the time to try and resolve both problems. If we didn’t have everything set up already would’ve gone through his company for sure. Definitely will use them in the future come the need to! If the quality is as good as the customer service then can’t imagine using anyone else

I would like to thank the owner for his friendly and professional service to me recently. He was able to get me an appointment soon , he stayed on top of everything until owner arrived at my house on time , He was reliable and did a though survey of my issue on my roof. When he wasn't able to find where the leak was coming from he offer to come back out while it was raining to be able to detect where the issue was. I find the Contractor to be a great help with everything and she is a real asset to this roofing company along with the crew. I would highly recommend using this company if you have a roof issue.

Augusto bid our roof. Price and warranty were both excellent. The roof was replaced and the mess cleaned up in a timely manner. Then it rained leaks everywhere. They repaired it. Then it rained again even more leaks and alot of interior damage. They fixed it again. Father was insisting that our parapet walls had cracks. The roof had no leaks prior to roof replacement by Centric. Then it rained again. They came out again. Again muttering about cracks. This time additional damage to our vaulted cedar ceilings. Augusto assured us that he would have someone out to repair them. Haven't been able to reach him by phone or text since. We hired someone to come repair the ceilings. We are going to assume that we don't actually have a warranty. We will be filing a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors.

Max and Petra prepared and explained the contract to replace the roof/shingles and underlay and the damage to the ceiling due to a horrible storm. They were professional and courteous.

Yep I also learned the hard way this company scams subs... I lost 4K working with these dirt bags.... I am going to file an ROC complaint on this company.

The absolute WORST roofing company I have ever worked with. Incredibly inconsiderate, and disrespectful workers who left my lot littered with trash.
