Excellent workmanship, not cheap, but worth every penny!

We were very impressed with the team that removed our old shingles roof which had 2 layers. They were timely when arriving the first day too. They cover the areas around the house to collect the debris which was very helpful to keep nails and stuff together.

We had selected a roofing material and they could not get it so John quickly came to our home with samples to select a different product. We appreciated James in Sales too for his kindness and knowledge during contract signing and would recommend, Lyons Roofing, to everyone.

Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The ladies in the office are wonderful and very nice. A pleasure to work with.

If you are looking to have your roof serviced or, in my case, replaced then look no further than Stapleton Roofing. After interviewing 4 different roof contractors, I was blown away by what was offered from Stapleton. But before you pass judgement that I might not be qualified, here is my story.
Everyone in Phoenix remembers the hail storm of 2010 and the damage it left in its wake. We did the wrong thing and hired a company based on price alone - HUGE mistake. I had more leaks with that roof done by an inferior company.
Additionally, I have a neighbor with a birdseed block who feeds birds that like to roost on MY roof. Those birds poked holes throughout my roof, too. You can't pick your neighbors but you can pick roofing companies with solutions for the problems.
After 4 kitchen pans for drips, a huge hole in the ceiling in our master bedroom to a CRAZY leak and bird holes everywhere, I did the search.
It is rare to find good trades and even more rare to find ethical trades. Stapleton actually listened to my issues and did not give me a standard answer that the other roof contractors provided. And they did everything they said they would do.
I felt the contract was a good value but what I learned is you NEVER want to take shortcuts with a roof - I learned that the hard way.
In summary, Stapleton Roofing is awesome and you'll like the results.

Great place

It rained last night. First time in a while I haven't worried about our shingles. I won't be worrying about shingles flipping over or flying off the roof again. Our new steel roof looks amazing, a completely different house. We went with the stone white, noticed a 3-5degree inside lower temperature immediately. We run evap most of the summer, so any change is noticeable.

The crew that did our install was great. They worked well together, addressed our concerns, were respectful of the property and overall were on top of the issues that came up. It took about a week from tear off to wrapping the facia. I feel for these guys being out there even in September in Arizona, I couldn't do it. Can't say enough good things about them.

We have another property that will be getting a Vertex roof in the future. I am very happy with our choice to go with Vertex and this roof product.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE STAFF AND ACCOUNTING - ESPECIALLY DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC !!!!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE -

We had Capstone Roofing come give an estimate and set up an appointment a week later for the roof to be repaired.

The repair specialist did the repair and said that he would make sure to perform a quality test on the roof and we agreed that would be ideal to insure the repair was sufficient. That was in early April. The test of the roof was never performed.

In addition to that miscommunication we just received a threatening notice that our payment was overdue - even though this final test has not been completed and the repair was only done two weeks ago - so payment is technically not even due for two more weeks.

The person I spoke with was totally unprofessional and not at all empathetic that we are in the middle of a global pandemic and that we will be sure to make payment when it is due in two weeks - they are completely tone deaf and not at all concerned for the customer!!

The way this was handled in all ways was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I definitely would not recommend this service.

Whoever was driving truck 934 today in phoenix on I10 needs a driving lesson, or revoked license. The guy is zipping in and out of heavy traffic, no signal, on his phone the whole time. Way too dangerous. We drive a large truck and felt as though he should cut close in front of us. Not a good image for your company.

Gleason Roofing’s free inspection and estimate went on time and professional. When they returned for the work they replaced broken tiles, cleaned valleys of leaves and debris, added sealant where it had begin to dry and come loose, and nailed down trim tiles that had worked loose over time. They showed me pictures of all the work done. Initially they were only here 45 min. and about to leave when I reminded them about the nails and caulk. After consulting with their boss they went back up and finished. It is a flat tile roof on a 23 year old home. Total work done in about 1:15 minutes and charged $600.00 + -. A Fair price, I think, if the caulk used was the right kind, which I’m not sure of. I am fairly confident they did a good job, considering I know nothing about roofing.

One of there employees was road raging on the freeway just shows what type of people they are poor example of the company

We reached out to In-Ex after our friends recommended their roofing services. There have been many roof replacements in our neighborhood completed by In-Ex and it's obvious to us how they've been able to build such a great word-of-mouth program. Their customer service is top-notch, they communicate often and effectively and their roof technicians were quick, kept the jobsite clean and did a great job with the overall installation and repairs. We've already referred this company to my parents and will use them for any roof repairs/replacements in the future. Thank you Daryl & team!

Very professional. Quality job. I was very pleased with how organized Overson's was from the quote, to the finish of the repair on my roof. I would definitely recommend them and would call them again for any roofing needs I might have.

How on Gods planet earth, do I get a call back, to let me know that this company (well I should specify, Garry) will not service what I requested. He stated that, this is not a company where we fix things. He said, the only way to do business with me, was if we replaced the ENTIRE roof on a 5,000 Sqft home. That's not what I called for.
I am getting what was requested in my BINSR. Tell me why I would replace the entire roof when all that was requested was a few things. There is no logic there. I mean, of course, unless you wanted some big money

After coming to our home in Buckeye to give an estimate, when my husband told Alan that we were not going to proceed he got belligerent saying as he walked to his truck: “that’s why I don’t like coming out to Buckeye”

i had Jimmy from circle g work on my flat roof. they did foam over my garage area and did repairs and sealed the rest of the roof. we have had issues with the roof over the last three years. they come out and work on it without question. i recently needed a description of what they did on the last visit in writing. they refused to do this because it was considered out of warranty. i don't understand why it would be a problem to put free repair but out of warranty with a description of what they did. this seems a bit shady. guess i will never know.
