Although we ended up not buying solar; it is worth mentioning that Greg Fields called right away to set up the consultation, was right on time for the Zoom meeting as well as followed-up after we met with our tax consultant. His presentation was thorough.

Overall very happy with the experience using Rooftop Solar, after just finishing installing a 12.6kW system in Phoenix. Everyone was great to talk to, happy to answer questions, and was upfront (and accurate) about the timeline for the process from start to finish. The sales process also didn't feel high-pressure like some of the other companies we got estimates from, which I really appreciated; they let us go at our own pace making the decision, and Dale was great about answering follow-up questions. The only small issue was there were a couple small details where we were told one thing during the sales process (regarding gate access and what size system our current circuit box would support), then got a different answer when we were going forward with the actual site review for the install. The adjustments needed because of this weren't anything major, but there was no reason not to have had the accurate information from the start. Even with that small hiccup though, I would definitely use them in the future if we ever need solar at a different house!

So I dealt with Mark, Chris, and Natalie at Aneva. This installation was for a rental property and I was out of state. I cannot tell you the planning and coordination Aneva had to go through during Covid to get this done. I really want to thank the whole team for the time, effort, and energy. I plan on using Aneva again on another home in the Scottsdale area. Thank you Mark & Chris.

We had an issue with a 5kw inverter and Mike was able to get us up and running again in about a week, working with SMA Solar Technology AG. When the new inverter arrived and was installed there was an issue (with the inverter, not the install) and we had to do a workaround with the firmware in the inverter. Mike is very knowledgeable, professional, and timely. Does what it takes to get the job done!

Before choosing to hire Blaze Energy to install our grid-tied solar panel system, we conducted research and requested estimates from a number of other companies. We chose them since they have the best equipment and have received favorable ratings. We were not let down. They were a really lovely group of guys to work with, performed an excellent job on the installation, and shown true professionalism. Now, solar panels are generating electricity for us and we’re saving money! Thank you so much, gentlemen!

Scam! Find another company! They dont monitor your panels unlike most companies. We spend 90,000 on 70 panels and they havent worked properly from day one. They ignored our concerns for over 2 months. Finally sent someone to look at the panels , admited that they were installed wrong. They have done nothing since. They keep saying they are doing everything they can but have nothing to show for what they are doing. They have not provided anything in writing showing any effort to fix the issue. They just keep saying we should be patient. Almost 5 months in of paying power bills on top of the payment for the panels and we should be patient? They tell us they will call right back, and dont. They dont reply to emails or calls. Just 2 days ago they told my wife keeping her in the loop was easy and not a problem and that they would send her an email the next day no matter what. She got nothing from them as usual. They tell you what you want to hear and then ignore you. Unless you want to spend 90,000 on top of your regular power bill and the fees from SRP to be conected to solar, do not use this company!
