July 2015: After having such a great experience last year when Mr. Brown did the main house roof, I contacted him to roof my backyard patio. Brown Roofing did an excellent job roofing my back patio Ramada, and Mr. Brown is professional, friendly and competitively priced. Mr. Brown and I discussed the details of the work; removing and replacing rotting panels and roof work. He and his crew did exactly what I wanted and expected. I highly recommend Brown Roofing.

May 2014 : Brown Roofing saved the day. I hired Brown Roofing shortly after a prior disaster. When I had an addition built to my house, the previous contractor incorrectly installed the roof over the new room and erroneously overlapped it with the existing roof. Days later we endured days of massive winds and rain causing the new roof as well as parts of the existing roof to fly off and land mostly in my backyard. Consequently, it rained in my garage, kitchen and other parts of my house causing sever water damage. Brown quickly came to the rescue. They temporarily covered the roof until the rains subsided and installed a new roof on the house and over the addition as soon as possible. During my crisis (I was in panic mode), Mr. Brown was patient with me, professional, and made me feel as if he cared about me and my house. He understood my needs and helped me choose a roof tile, color, and pattern that complimented my house style and color. I am very pleased with the results, and would highly recommend Brown Roofing. I've had my roof for over 5 years and have had no problems. I received quality workmanship, professionalism, and the estimated cost was on target. Not only did I choose Brown Roofing for their professionalism, but of the 3 bids I received, his was the most reasonable and didn't try to attach any unforeseen cost. Great company! The workers are awesome, efficient & kind. The project manager was very communicative and made sure we always knew what was going on. America roofing worked with my insurance to fix my roof completely. They replaced the front half as wind had torn off a great deal of my shingles. they did an excellent job and took their time cleaning up. I was very pleased with using America Roofing and would be happy to use them again.

As a small time landlord I prefer working with trades that have a good reputation and are recommended. That's how I found Mikku & Sons. They have provided prompt and complete services when I've called on them for my rental needs.

We recently sold our primary residence and there were a few small repairs needed on our tile roof. I called Joshua and I soon had a quote and a time frame. Even though Phoenix had experience the wettest July on record (they were swamped) they were able to fit my small job into their schedule. They got the work done within the escrow time frame and smoothed the process for everyone on our end.

After roof damage from monsoons, Brian came out right away to give me an estimate, then tarped the roof (during another rain storm). They were competitively price and quick to respond. From the first contact when the phone was answered by a live human being through the final bill, I was very impressed with the service I got from Overson. They were very professional. They showed up when they said they would and charged what they said they would. I would use them again and am recommending them to my brother.

BEWARE!! I wish I could post zero stars. I was in the privacy of my own home taking a nap on my couch. Meanwhile, Southwest was working on my roof. I woke up from my nap alarmed to make eye contact with a man peeping through my high window. The man was holding something in his hand that appeared to resemble a phone. I immediately covered up and took a picture as he THEN proceeded to tape my window up. I do live in an apartment complex and the HOA did not notify me because the work was not being on my specific building. I called the police and they told me making a complaint would not do much because I am over 18... which I do not understand because I did not consent to this. Next, I called Southwest and they also told me there was not work being done on the windows near my unit. However- they were working on some roofing the building over—super creepy...I asked them to please go through the employees phone and remove any photos and they refused. I believe it is extremely negligent to not disclose proper notice if your going to be having workers near my unit. As a citizen I feel extremely violated by Southwest Roofing and believe this privacy invasion should be recognized to the public. This company is extremely negligent and unprofessional. If you are a woman or have children beware of these peeping Toms!

Terrible experience January 3 paid $2250 as 50% down for roof repairs and resealing. I was promised at that time the work would be complete by January 12. No one showed up. After numerous emails and phone calls we were promised the work would be complete by January 18. January 19 a worker came out and used an air blower on the roof. To our complete surprise on January 22 D&L roofing made an additional unauthorized charge to my visa for $1125. After another series of emails and phone calls we were promised our roof would be complete by January 26. On January 26 a worker came out and removed a large portion of patching material that was covering a large crack on our roof leaving or roof exposed to the elements. After all that we were fed up and asked Steve for a full refund. Steve agreed to refund us but as of today (February 19) has not yet done so. We are disputing charges through our Visa card. We filled a complaint through the Better Business bureau, D&L never responded and have now filled a complaint with the registrar of contractors. Buyer Beware

We called to have our roof repaired after we discovered a leak. We were initially told someone would come out Friday. Then Friday turned into Sunday and from there we have not heard anything. Even after attempting to reach out to them for a third time we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional
