Best Roof Coatings Repair in Phoenix AZ

I have had Renco Roofing do my roof repairs for many years. Renco was always prompt to return my calls. When the roof got older, I had them put a new roof on. They have always been great to work with! My property was left clean when they finished. The roofers were very respectful.

America roofing worked with my insurance to fix my roof completely. They replaced the front half as wind had torn off a great deal of my shingles. they did an excellent job and took their time cleaning up. I was very pleased with using America Roofing and would be happy to use them again.

I recently had mikku and sons redo my roof,They were very professional and the guys did a great job and cleaned up at the end of every day. I will recommend them to anyone the needs roof work done, thanks guys for a terrific job.

The good about this company and their install was the cost and the fact that my roof did not leak.

Unfortunately, that was where the good stopped. I felt that many corners were cut on the installation. Photo below is an excellent example. Almeida will exclude painting from their scope (which is fair). But then they perform work, remove fascia (and in one spot - replace it with a 2x4), and install the roof in a way that does not allow you to come back and paint the wood they replace. I am not sure why this was done.

Also photoed are spots on my flat roof where the rolled roofing was bubbled. Their fix was to shoot sealant into the void, rather than heat up the roofing and reseal, which they told me they would do.

It took three return visits to correct issues. First pass included flashings missing and possibly the worst cut on a flat roof I have ever seen. My flat roof over the garage still has an area where the flashings seem to have a drop in them, but I've just accepted this is the way it is going to be now.

I felt the final visit to correct issues was the top guy. He was quite good, but could only do so much to salvage what had already been done.

All in all, if you're in a bind, these guys should be low and based on my experience, do care to make sure your roof doesn't leak. If you have the time to stand over their shoulder and manage the work, you'll probably be OK. But if you want something done with attention to detail, I'd recommend going elsewhere and paying a little more. I wish I had.

First I have to say its always a challenge to find a good, honest company and good pricing. After a few quotes from other companies and finally reaching out to Hardacker roofing I realized they are one of the good ones out there. They exceeded my expectations based on the quality of their work, price, follow up and scheduling to complete the job. They held to the price from their original estimate. I also understand that things could have come up during the new install that could have changed that but not in this case. They identified faulty work on the original install and put down a great new roof on my garage quickly and efficiently repairing only what was needed. They were polite and professional and even helped with a concern on another part of the roof which ended up being just a shifted tile and was quick to fix. Just had my shingle roof replaced and they did a fantastic job. Service was excellent, from the initial free estimate, they gave me an excellent price and finished my 2100 sq ft home in 3 days. They also made sure the site was nice and clean when they left and were very friendly. Couldn't recommend them enough!

We had the metal roofs on both of our buildings (total of 88,000 sf) repaired and then sealed using Karnak coating system. These were very difficult roofs with AC & evap units to work around.. They power-washed, primed and then sealed every vertical and horizontal seam and metal fastener. Then the top coat seal was applied. It has been tested with recent rains and there are no leaks. They back it up with a 10 year manufacturer's NDL warranty which includes parts and labor. They were very professional and did a great job all around. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality professional work at a fair price.

What impressed me is how fast they came out for the inspection and how honest they were. To top it off the roof came out great and 1 day ahead of schedule.
