Best Restoration Project in Phoenix AZ

Been having a problem with all roofers telling me that they can fit me in next month, so I've started out by asking
How backed up are you?
received a reply back saying that they weren't backed up at all.
UNTIL I told them what I wanted... all of a sudden, they're backed up since I don't need a whole new roof.
Unprofessional AND not very intelligent to send me both of those statements in texts so
he can't even PRETEND not to be a jerk.

Save yourself some time and skip this company. Their bid was 5x the next best bid I received. That is not an exaggeration. Why so greedy? Perhaps they thought i was an easy mark?

I couldn’t ask for a better experience. The entire experience was outstanding. Everyone was amazing. Jason from the start to the finish was friendly and keep us informed the entire time. Our roof was so old and damaged they had to rebuild it. We love the quality of work. Not only did they do our roof they tore down and rebuilt out front patio. Love every bit of it. On Aug 15th Zachary Tomlinson and his crew installed a new roof . From the first day Zachary assisted John and I through the steps to get our claim to our insurance company. Zachary is so friendly and professional and knowledgeable helping us through the procedure from start to finish. He even meet with our insurance adjuster at our house. The crew was so prompt arriving earlier and very organized and worked so hard until job was complete in 1 day. The roof looks great! Zachary is so an asset to this company! GREAT JOB ZACH and CREW.

Wow, such a great company I ended choosing to call. I’ve been scammed by well known companies before, so I’m very cautious about who comes and tends to my home, but I was pleasantly surprised at how thorough and reasonable Next Gen was. Turner came to my home promptly on time and he was courteous, kind, professional, and just about sweeter than cherry pie. Also, by God’s celestial hand, the most down right good looking piece of pumpkin pie I’ve seen in a quite a long time. Oh Lord, if these old bones didn’t fail me and I was 30 years younger I might have not let him ever leave. I just about asked him if he wanted lemonade 45 times just so I could look up on there roof and gander. He also mentioned he used to be a plumber once in passing. Had he still been I’d have him cleaning my pipes daily. Gotta warn an old gal like me before they send these young things to our homes. If you ever are looking for a solid roofer, who is there to work and make your life easier, Turner and Next Gen is your company. I just about hope my roof gets destroyed once a year so that tall drink of iced tea would just come back. Definitely go with Next Gen, left me as happy as a clam at high tide.

Augusto bid our roof. Price and warranty were both excellent. The roof was replaced and the mess cleaned up in a timely manner. Then it rained leaks everywhere. They repaired it. Then it rained again even more leaks and alot of interior damage. They fixed it again. Father was insisting that our parapet walls had cracks. The roof had no leaks prior to roof replacement by Centric. Then it rained again. They came out again. Again muttering about cracks. This time additional damage to our vaulted cedar ceilings. Augusto assured us that he would have someone out to repair them. Haven't been able to reach him by phone or text since. We hired someone to come repair the ceilings. We are going to assume that we don't actually have a warranty. We will be filing a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors.

Has them out a couple times and they've done fantastic work both times. Friendly, professional, able to talk through the issues and give accurate estimates. Really appreciate all the work they've done on my house!

In-Ex left our roof in terrible shape, exposing new holes and leaving it all open to the elements. In-Ex provided poor assessment and diagnosis of the problems and poor oversight of the actual work. The In-Ex contractor got nasty and offensive, but the AZ-Registrar of Contractors agreed with us about the poor quality of the workmanship. In-Ex did OK on a flat surface. We had to get another company to finish the more complex aspects of the original job and fix the In-Ex damage to the site of the original leaks.

I just had an opportunity to have a long conversation with Joe, the owner of Circle G Roofing. He's an extremely knowledgeable contractor with a wealth of experience. I was most impressed with the fact he is also a full-time preacher. Good people. Great company. Highly recommended!
