We had our roof repaired by RENCO Roofing. On 10 December, we noticed some water damage on our ceiling. On 16 December, Jari Marjanen, who was wonderful to work with, came an inspected our roof. He found the problem: the material used underneath the title roofing was faulty. He gave us a quote to fix the material.

The quote was the most reasonably priced out of the other quotes we had gotten. And the quote included fixing the entire roof section, not just the area around the material.

They came out on 23 December and fixed the roof. The crew was easy to work with and very clean.

I'd recommend considering RENCO Roofing, and I'll be keeping their information for the future.

Had a house inspection need to get some tiles fixed quickly. I called them explaining my situation they came out as soon as possible and fix the problem probably. Thank you for the professionalism.

Thank you Mikku & Sons, I had a new roof installed last year and there were a few warranty items that needed attention, Josh responded quickly and then documented each warranty repair that had been done and even supplied pictures so I didn't have to climb on the roof to see that it was taken care of. BEWARE! We used Almeida for a tear off on our house in Mesa. We promptly sent our 50% deposit so they would start our project. From day 1 there was a lot of miscomunication. They forgot to install the fascia that we specifically asked for and also forgot to reconnect certain utilities such as our hot water heater exhaust, and other things. They sent an invoice out but the job was NOT done. We called to ask them and could not get a hold of anyone, no one ever called us back, then randomly one day another person was at our house finishing these items. There was no communication whatsoever. They don’t have control over their own jobs and have the worst service. When I got the final bill I noticed there was decking on it. Since I’m not a professional roofer I didn’t know what that is, I emailed to ask and the owner was extremely rude to me, I was so shocked that an owner of any company would talk to me that way. I then asked for photos, after viewing I promptly mailed my second check to pay the balance. They cashed our first check 2/8/22 and our 2nd on 4/5, it had to be mailed from a different state, they didn’t offer us another way to pay. The invoice was dated 2/17 however our roof was not finished until 3/28/22. On that day the owner emailed us stating things were done and to please remit payment. Just 2 days later they filed a 20 day lien notice. Then a couple weeks later I received a 2nd 20 day lien notice. Many weeks after we have been paid in full.
As I look at our communication the emails with my questions are the same day they filed this lien, truly the owner is being vengeful. She gave me grief about the payment taking about 5 days, but we live out of state and the only way to pay them is to send a check in the mail. My questions were valid and I didn’t deserve the rude replies, let alone a lien notice. I complained to the BBB, her response to the complaint was that I cannot read and was not involved in this project. I certainly can read and I've owned this home for 20 years, all checks were from me and I am certainly the customer.
This is unacceptable in so many ways, they should be ashamed. Sorry for the rant but people need to know this before working with them. Pay more and hire a company that values your business.

What an impressive company and crew of workers. Saturday they came on time and started the tear down of the old roof. Then removed and replaced all the rotten wood. By 4:30 the same day I had a new roof.
I'm sure that it is not normal to do a roof in one day like this but I was in a predicament and they stepped up sending lots of extra men out to make sure that I was take care of. They really went above and beyond my expectations.
I wound not hesitate to refer this company in the future.

Kris worked with us to file a claim with our insurance. He met the adjuster at our house for the inspection. He took care of everything from beginning to end. He was very courteous and professional. His crew arrived at 6am and started right away in removing the old shingles. Kris called to let us know when they were finished. They hauled away the old shingles and cleaned up around the outside of the house. Except for the beautiful new roof, you can't tell anyone had been here. We highly recommend Kris and his crew for any job!!

I recently purchased a home and the previous owner used Stapleton to install a new roof in 2016. The roof had a warranty, and I started seeing some moisture in one of the bedrooms so I called them out to look at it. Unfortunately the warranty hadn't been transferred properly, they require an inspection to ensure that nothing had been done on the roof that might effect the warranty before they transfer to the new owner. Pat was super helpful and took a look at the roof, turned out I had a stucco crack around one of my scuppers. The rest of the roof looks great, hadn't had a chance to see it myself until now, much better than the roof on my previous flat roof home. He transferred the warranty and was very helpful, I'd recommend you give Stapleton a call if you need help with your roof.

Provided a high quality residential roofing project at a reasonable price. Their installation was professional and done with no issues. Overall, I am extremely satisfied!

The owner and his crew were amazing. Professional throughout the whole process and made me feel comfortable and cared for. The workers worked clean and kept me informed of any issues that came up and all were very nice. The owner kept the process painless for me and communicated everything in a manor that was professional and kind. I highly recommend this company and would use them again in a heartbeat!

This company was doing my neighbors roof in February. Needing a repair the crew came over to evaluate the problem. ( they do have a knowledgeable crew chief). After that it was frustrating dealing with Joel and the company. I made several calls and emails requesting the quote and roofing samples but no response, or no show for items requested. I finally reached Joel and was told the repair would be done by the end of the week, I was never scheduled. By the end of June, I was tired of waiting and trying to contact them. They did me a favor. I found another roofing company, who came out promptly to evaluate the problem and it was fixed in a week. If you have to beg a company to do a job, and you have a problem after the work was done, would the lack of response be the same , my guess is yes!

Next door neighbor used Centrik for his roof recently. Another neighbor and myself decided it was time to replace ours too. We had Agusto@Centrik come out and price a quote for two houses. The price was great and beat quotes from 3 other roofers.
Centrik's warranty was better than the competition...15-years on labor and 30-years on material. This also included the flat roof (patio over hang) portion of our roof. The competition was giving no more than 5-year warranty on the flat roof portion.
The workers were up on the roof by 6:30am each day and worked to 4pm with only a lunch break. Our roof looks much better in appearance than what we had.
Centrik does not charge additional for any replacement ply-wood or existing broken tiles. The competition wanted to charge an average of $50-60/sheet of ply-wood used and $10/tile for replacement. There was no nickel and diming with Centrik.
Each day the guys cleaned up debris that hit the ground and on the last day they power washed my walkway and driveway..
Centrik does not ask for a deposit upfront...you pay at the end of the job and they want you to be happy with their work.
I would not hesitate to recommend them for roof replacement or repair.

From the moment they knocked on my door, to the end of installation, the team went above and beyond not only explaining the process but educating me about insurance side of things. We got quotes for our leaky foam roof from several companies. A few never showed up at all, one went to the wrong house, another said they’d send a quote and never did… Mark Dunne with Dunne Roofing was the pure opposite of all that usual contractor nonsense! He showed up when he said he would, he kept in constant communication, he sent his quote even faster than expected and shot me a message to let me know he’d e-mailed it. He listened to our issues and explained to us in detail what the pros and cons of the project were, and showed us pictures of our roof to back it up. Based on the pricing he quoted us, his expert knowledge (built from years working in the hot southwest sun), and his near magical level of contractor communication skills, hiring him was a no brainer. He even did the work himself! We now have a roof with a warranty (certificate and all) for five years and he’ll come by for annual inspections at our request to make sure it’s staying in shape. It has rained BUCKETS since he did the work in July and we are happy to report: NO MORE LEAKS, yay!!! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

These folks are contracted thru my apartment complex. They have patched a leak on the roof over my apartment that is under warranty. They have patched it 4 times in two years and the roof still leaks. It leaks to the point that my cieling came in and I needed buckets to catch the water. As a tenant they have put me in a bind because they will not sufficiently fix this job. Obviously they are doing it cheap cause of the warranty and not actually repairing the roof. I am litetally paying another roofer out of my pocket this time to come out and see if the treatment they suggest (5th time is the charm?) is a good option. I need someone else to look at the roof bedside I think they are completely full of it. I need to be able to defend my position if I break my lease and get taken to court. I think their quality of work is poor because they expect the tenants to simply be upset at the apartment complex and they feel will face no recourse or will not get called out on their poor workmanship. Well sorry Affirmax this review at least caught up with you. Very little help to me as I partially work out of my home and have lost money due to the inconvienve of my cieling caving in and leaking water everywhere. Shame on you for being so fraudulent. Shame on you for taking advantage of lower income tenants that you obviously have no respect for. I would not recommend this company to any commercial business that has value in their ethics.
