Best Quality Roofing Service in Phoenix AZ

Needed a leak detective to help figure out a leaking window. First place I contacted automatically went to fixing the roof (thousands of dollars). Brandon from Renco came out and deduced that a woodpecker had pecked a hole in the pop out above the window and that was where the rain was going. He filled the hole and that was that. Saved me headaches and lots of money. Honest company. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my roofing needs.

I am a first time homebuyer and needed a new roof. I was searching for days and was getting a little tired especially with seeing so many bad reviews. I came a cross Brown Roofing and after talking to Jessie and having him come out to give me a quote I had a good feeling. I had appointments with other companies but Jessie was so informative and pleasant that it wasn’t a hard decision to make. Scheduling did take a long time but I think it was worth the wait. Being a first time homebuyer and not knowing much about repairs especially roofing can put you on edge when dealing with people and hoping you don’t get taken advantage of. I had the opportunity to use Ky-Ko roofing for repair of a water leak which, in the great scheme of things was probably a minor job for them but was a world class project for me. I was very impressed by the fact that they made me feel like this was their top priority from the initial inspection and estimate through scheduling and repairs.
The company staff was patient, sympathetic, understanding and most importantly knowledgeable in explaining every step of the process and providing advice as well as alternatives that could expedite the repair and meet various HOA and neighborhood requirements.
The crew who came out to do the repair took great care in moving around on the roof so as not to crack any of the tiles and, in my opinion went above and beyond simply doing the job when they found two additional potential leak locations and, instead of just replacing the underling cut out the wood, replaced it, and THEN laid new underling so the potential problem was eliminated. This commitment to quality, and not cutting corners in my opinion truly distinguishes KY-KO roofing.
Without hesitation, I recommend these folks if you want the job done right.

Jack and his team were fantastic! I have a flat foam roof that was in need of repair. I had several large areas where water was pooling, cracks, and overall aging. Jack scheduled a time to come inspect the roof. He explained what was wrong and what the required repairs would entail. I had a quote within a days and was on the books for the work within a week. Please get the address correct for flatbedders deliveries. Location is right beside 17315 west cotton ln Goodyear AZ. The people I was talking can’t explain directions correctly and couldn’t tell me.

Called for a review of our roof due a leak. Calling to schedule was easy and Nathan was on time. Nathan was very nice but couldnt figure out where the leak was exactly. He had ideas but wanted his colleague Brandon to come take a look. He said he would call Brandon with our info to come out and look for a second opinion. Following day no calls. I text Nathan and he said he would follow up. Friday still no calls. Therefore I called the main office who took a message and said they would get back to me. Again no calls. The experience started off positive but ended poorly with lack of call backs or assistance. At this point can not recommend this company.

Used Centrik to replace my entire roof, they replaced plywood, skylight, brought vents to code and the tile installation was first class- best roof in the neighborhood- family run company - they care about quality and their reputation!

This was the first time i used overson roofing to replace a shingle roof and a built up roof on my patio. Mike Smyth gave a detailed estimate that i could work with and explained my roof choices so it was easy to understand. Bianca was a huge asset through the entire process as i had to have my solar panels removed through another company before work began with Overson...thanks to her for updating things along the way! Once tear off/install started, Cesar`s crew was efficient and cleaned up every day doing an amazing job. Antonio`s foam crew did a fantastic job on the patio roof and removing damaged fascia. Our supervisor Beau answered every question I came up with regarding roofing products and additional solar panel reinstall after overson had completed the job. Overall a great experience and thank you very much!!
