America roofing worked with my insurance to fix my roof completely. They replaced the front half as wind had torn off a great deal of my shingles. they did an excellent job and took their time cleaning up. I was very pleased with using America Roofing and would be happy to use them again.

One of the many inspectors or such dropped by my door to sell me in a roof inspection due to damage caused by the October 2018 storms. I normally don't buy into solicitations/salesmen nor do I put up with them (looking at you Cameron), but I went ahead and let them inspect and they found damage enough to warrant what they believed to be a new roof. My insurer and their inspectors had to battle it out and determined to replace my roof. I figured it'd be a good time to get this done before I get my solar panels later in July.

During the process I had very helpful and attentive points of contact throughout the entire process. They were very responsive to my questions. However, the initial crew that was sent to do the job were not any of those things. This crew had an issue with showing up on the correct days and actually doing the work properly. A 1.5 day job turned into 5 days, for example, and instead of calling to tell me that they need to reschedule, they never did work on the scheduled day. Note that the scheduled day was good for me because I work from home on that day. This was frustrating, but they did show up the next day to start the work. I'm not sure what the issue was with the crew, but they seemed to be very uncoordinated and rushed. They didn't bring the crane they needed for AC twice and another point of contact tried her best to figure out what their problem was in showing back up to resolve some of the remaining parts of the job. I did come home the final day to see the job finished, but they had left such a mess with everything that it unfortunately increased my disappointment with them. It was at this point I knew I had to push back my solar installation.

Frank showed up to do the final inspection, which I'm not surprised he found issues with the job right away. He ensured that he would make sure the crew came back, fix all of the issues, and overall do the right thing. That's exactly what happened. Frank went above and beyond to make sure that the work was going to be completed correctly and every outstanding issue resolved. Because of his attention to detail and ethic, it's nice to know that my roof is now in good shape for my upcoming solar installation and that any issues I may come across, he'll be there to make sure things are taken care of.

Big fan! A crazy storm caused my roof to leak. Kris came by the same day to triage the damage and put a temporary fix in place, then worked with my insurance to get the damage evaluated and repaired. I ended up with a beautiful new roof. They even installed the roof in one day - these guys have a really fast and organized crew! Kris did all the back and fourth with my homeowner’s insurance for me and really reduced my homework. Highly recommend multi-pro for fast response, excellent service, and quality work.

We had minor roof damage due to a microburst on January 25. We noticed some loose tiles on the roof so we called Clyde Hardacker and asked for an inspection. He came out the next day and inspected our roof. He found no problem as the tiles were from our neighbors. He did find some roof tip shingles loose so he replaced them right on the spot. The charge was minimal. He has done previous work for us, by replacing flat roof top on our patio and front door overhang. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future. I am so comforted after my experience with Stapleton Roofing. I had them redo my flat roof home in Scottsdale. I live in California so I get particularly nervous dealing with contractors out of state. They however were very responsive, fair priced, most most importantly, did extremely high quality work. This particular house means a lot to me, and I will be using them for ongoing maintenance on that roof to help me sleep better!

Great crew, I'm a truck driver and everytime I go here to get loaded they are on the ball. As soon as I arrive I back in and they already have the product waiting on the forklift to be loaded. I'm generally in and out of the yard under 1.5 hours including arriving, loading and strapping.
