Our experience with RENCO Roofing was stellar! Brett Raisanen performed a thorough inspection of our roof and provided a detailed cost estimate. The roof was 22 years old, so it was time to replace. The crew that did the work arrived on time, very efficient and professional, cleaned up and hauled away the debris and completed the whole job in just a day and a half! Wow! Brett followed up the next day and reinspected the roof to make sure everything was done properly. My husband and I couldn't be happier. We highly recommend RENCO for all your roofing needs!

I would highly recommend Ky-Ko. They cleaned up each night and the project was completed in time and no surprise charges.

What an honest company! A rarity today. Steve took the time to determine where a leak was really coming from and then what to do about it even though it meant no business for them. Wow! I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Poor communication

Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling has completed a few jobs so far at my house (one that is occurring as I type this review) and I'll have them do my upcoming bathroom remodel as well. The crew is professional, friendly and timely. Everything they promise is delivered and at a fair price and they leave no trace when they've finished the job. Highly recommend.

The underlayment on our roof was replaced last year by Hardacker Roofing.
I just realized that I had not taken the time to write a review so I apologize for being late.
My wife and I were extremely happy and satisfied with the work that Clyde had provided. In fact we just referred him to our next door neighbor for a similar job.
They were fast , professional, neat and their price was fair.

Dishonest

We have used Star Roofing on at least 5 homes and now on our own. They are busy but they are worth the wait. Call them and make an appointment. You will be glad you did.

We are so happy with our beautiful new roof on our custom home we are building. This company has been wonderful to deal with since the bidding process. The original guy I dealt with, Bill, was super friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. Steven and Amanda were also great to deal with throughout the entire process. We kept running into weather issues and they were always responsive and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The work done was very professional the finished roof looks amazing. Their prices were fair and beat out almost everyone else’s quotes that we got. I would definitely recommend this company for any and all of your roofing needs.

We had our house soft washed today by this team and it looks phenomenal. The two-member crew came (with the owner) to introduce themselves and and ensure we didn't have any questions before they started the job. Once they started, they were careful and professional to ensure nothing was damaged or disrupted with our house. The job was done in a timely manner and the results are awesome. Highly recommend this company and definitely going to use them annually moving forward to ensure our house is treated and looking fantastic!

Joel is the nicest and will go out of his way for anyone. I had 2 flat roofs redone and they fixed shingles at my 3rd house. Great guy!!!

Had plywood and surface damage on a large 400 sq foot second story 29 year old walk deck/balcony. Pinnacle Roofing did an amazing job repairing existing plywood, adding a second layer of plywood and applying a four step Polycoat coating. The entire staff was helpful and in constant communication with me. I had twelve different companies come out over three months for estimates and was completely satisfied with my choice and the end results from Pinnacle.

The team made the whole process easy and hassle free . Our new roof looks great. 100% satisfied with the service and will recommend to our neighbors.

Follow up stinks! Came out 2 weeks ago for a quote on a new roof. His laptop wasn't working and said he would email it to me. 2 voicemails and two times actually talking to Agusto and still no quote. Checked my spam mail, inbox several times, so that's not an excuse. Sorry guys, you have definitely lost my business, as well as a few others who were asking me who I was going to use.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR ROOFING PROJECT.
1. They told me they prided themselves on being on the job on time. I had another appointment the day my roof was scheduled to be installed and had to cancel my appointment because they were an hour and a half late.
2.. They left 2 large nails sticking up, on my front sidewalk. I went out to take my trash out and one of the nails went through my shoe. Luckily I did not puncture my foot. I have pictures to verify this.
3. They wanted a check first thing but I asked them if they would hold it for 3 days until I transferred the money into my bank account. They promised me over and over they would not cash it but they did. I was charged bank fees and it was a big hassle for me to get it straightened out.
4. I purchased the most expensive rubber roof system. They took the tile off of my patio roof and did not put it back on. Instead they installed some rolled shingle type material. The seams are not even so I texted Danny, the owner of the company 3 times (which he stated was the best way to get in touch with him), and did not hear back. The fourth time he responded. I complained to Danny that I was not happy with the way my patio roof looked. I don’t feel he has any customer service ethics and NO integrity. He said if they reinstalled the tile then the 20 year warranty would not be valid. He basically just argued with me.
5. Danny told me to wait a year for the shingle material to cure and after a year he would coat it with Elastomeric rood coating to make it look better.
**NOTE** He claimed that this would cost him $300.
6. I called him a week ago, Tuesday, February 26, 2019, and he chastised me and said; you have waited a whole year to call me back about this. That is when HE told me to call him back.
7. Then he said that the cost of coating my patio roof with elastomeric would cost him $80. So he wasn’t truthful with me a year ago when he complained that it would cost him $300. I don’t know about you but I don’t like dishonest people.
