They covered it so it would stop. Dustin came and did the job. He was very nice, on time and did a great job. I needed a few more tiles and they came back with no questions asked! I had called Stapleton roofing for a roof replacement. They sent out a kid that couldn't be older than 21 years old. He hardly knew what he was talking about or doing even with me pointing him to all the areas of the roof that needed extra attention. I waited a whole week to get a proposal and nothing. I then called them back and they had concerns because I had a flat roof. Mind you I don't need any work done to my flat at all. I only need my shingles to be replaced. The comment they made was they would need to redo my flat roof as well if they wanted me to do the shingles. Which makes no sense. And then instead of giving me a proposal anyways they stated I was just going to be over 12k I didn't provide any back up to what they were talking about. There's no way my roof would cost that much. and even if it did they didn't even take the time to write up an appropriate proposal. If you don't want to do the job just say that.

Wow! What can I say? A free roof from insurance?! Neil Burnett was my project manager and did a spectacular job. The whole time I was worried that I was going to be hit with a huge bill, but at the end of the job, all I owed the young man was my deductible. Still can't believe how smooth and professional this process was. My wife and I will be recommending this company to family and friends.

Best Choice was wonderful to work with! After that big storm we had a couple weeks back, I got approached by one of the employees, who took a look at it and promptly started rattling off a bunch of stuff I had no idea what it was, but it was wrong with my roof! Knowledgiable company that does good work. We had them do 3 cool roofs and service 7 others all at the same time.once and they did it in a timely manner. Only one minor incident and the company addressed the problem immediately. They are really on top of things.

Great crew, I'm a truck driver and everytime I go here to get loaded they are on the ball. As soon as I arrive I back in and they already have the product waiting on the forklift to be loaded. I'm generally in and out of the yard under 1.5 hours including arriving, loading and strapping.

Phoenix Roofing recently replaced our entire roof. The gentlemen started on our roof on a Monday and were completely finished by Thursday. By the end of Thursday not only was our roof just beautiful, there wasn't a scrap of discarded shingle, any nails, or any debri to be found in our yard!
It is truly nice to deal with the company and a rep (Shelby) who makes and keeps their commitments, is sensitive to their customers needs, as employees who really care about the quality of their work, and truly want their customer to be pleased!

As a Master Elite Roofer ALLROOFS applied the highest standards to my GoldenPledge Roof; no detail was overlooked and I had the additional benefit of having the manufacturer (GAF) warrant my roof. GAF even came out and inspected the roof themselves. I feel confident the roof will be around longer after I am gone.
