Best Full Service Roofing in Phoenix AZ

I had my A/C replaced and unfortunately the seal between the a/c and the roof leaked. I called Allstate and they came out, figured out what needed to be done and took care of it! That’s what I believe is the way it should be done. I recommend Allstate to everyone who wants to know who I think is the roofer to call!

Tyler from TSM roofing gave us a fair and reasonable estimate for an entire roof replacement. He supplied all pertinent information with shingle choices brochures, explained about GAF shingles being the best product to use for any roof. The workers delivered all materials the day before installation. They arrived in early morning the following day to start removing all existing roof materials. With 8 or more workers the entire job was done in one day finished by afternoon. We had 5 other roofing company estimates, none compared by price or to the professional and efficient way Tyler presented his work and the job done. We now have a beautiful new roof, no more worries about flying shingles and a 10 year workmanship guarantee!

I am very pleased with the roof underlayment replacement that was done on my tile roof. Everything from the initial inspection, quote, roof work itself, and final inspection was first class. It took four workers five days of very hard work to complete the job (2600 sq ft house). I kept a very close eye on them and was extremely impressed with their quality of workmanship and attention to detail. Would definitely use again if needed.

I’ve used Gryphon for several patch-up jobs and there have been no leaks. Later I went with a cheaper company, and after a couple rains, the leak was back. Forget it, I thought...I’m calling Gryphon to replace the entire roof.

The workers were on time and cleaned up well. The only disappointments were that there were tire marks left on the driveway and debris in the pool.

I was on the Tempe High School Job and all I can say is call and ask for Bill the maintenance supervisor and all I heard was how much Roofing Southwest screwed up the job. The broke all kinds of stuff, had crews not show and in the end made Bill very unhappy. In talking to the job foreman Tim and Rick all they did was threaten and complain about the job. If you have a commercial roofing job I suggest you look elsewhere or you to may not like this companys work.
