This was our first ever flooding in our home so obviously we were frantic but they helped us feel more calm and more positive about the situation being fixed and cleaned up. We had a roof leak that resulted in interior and exterior damage including mold. I asked our Nextdoor app for recommendations and several gave me the contact information for 1800WaterDamage. They answered the phone the phone right away and came the next day. They were able to give a good recommendation for a contractor to make the necessary repairs. They were generous to leave the negative pressure equipment for 2 weeks while the other work was being done. The original quote was honored. They were on time and very professional. I would highly recommend them with no reservations and would use them again.
