Sheldon is outstanding.Very professional n has a charismatic personality. HE EXPLAINS excatly what is needed, how long and when the job will be done and follows thru. TSM workers were on time and did an outstanding job as was ALL clean up. Sheldon was on the job, in and out. Came by at the end of job to make sure work was performed to expectation. Depending on what is needed for your roof, we had four other estimates. TSM, SHELDON, owner with all his knowledge and explanation that others didnt take the time to spend nor listen to your concerns about what was needed; was a great part; along with a fast estimate of the job was a great decision as to why we went with his company. You wont be disappointed in workmanship nor pricing for your needs. THANKING everyone in his company for an excellent experience n job well done.

We solicited several bids to re-roof our home. It had a tile roof that was over 20 years old. We selected Renco based on Yelp reviews, interactions with sales staff and price.

Keith, from sales was excellent. He met with us several times to answer questions. We are the type of customer who reads the contract and marks it up. Keith/Renco negotiated revisions with us. They also developed a plan to replace the roofing membrane while reusing most of the existing tile. None of the other bidders offered this option, which saved us a good deal of money.

Renco was ready on the date specified in the contract and completed our roofing project in 3 days. The crew assigned to our home had all worked for Renco for a number of years. They worked well together and appear to have done a fine job (next rains will tell). The yard was cleaned daily after work was completed. We bought them pizza on the last day. Job well done - Thanks Renco!!

After 2 experiences involving 2 different types of roofing materials and installations, I would highly recommend this company for their expertise in analyzing a problem, pricing, timely response, cleanliness and total professionalism. Excellent company and employees.

Not what I hoped for. I got a notice that if the balance wasn't paid within 10 days a lien would be place on my house and I had 10 days to dispute discrepancies, they hadn't even began my roof. After waiting for a date for my project for 5wks I requested my deposit back. They found time for my roof, they left after 2 days with my roof incomplete, of course it rained then so I had to cover my roof. A week later they called me and they didn't realize my roof wasn't done. They came back and finished. They didn't replace the 10 sheets of plywood I signed for. They left trash around my house and a cigarette butt on my roof, some fasteners were left exposed. I didn't get a final walk through or anything when they were done. They didn't recognize a $5k payment until I pointed it out. They made everything right in the end but I had to supervise them at each turn. I tried hard to like them. Communication and professionalism were not present through my experience.

Unfortunately did not experience the same level of service as other reviews have claimed.

I feel we were given a rather misleading sales pitch during the estimate and then once the work started we had to followup repeatedly to ask about what they were even doing. The quoted multi-day job would have been done in an hour if my wife hadn't called to ask - and she was was berated over the phone by their field supervisor for doing so (he basically called her stupid for even signing for the job). End result was sloppy at best and I have zero confidence that the issue was even properly fixed.

Received no followup after escalating to the office staff (despite their assurance otherwise). Overall very displeased. Maybe they are great for a brand new roof but don't call for repairs/leaks/small jobs. Their penetration seal is nothing more than caulk and paint...

Ruben and the entire team were professional...a pleasure to do business with on top of the job...cleaned up the site everyday. They finished an entire 6000 sq ft tile roof in 4 1/2 days which was also important since it's not the most quiet repair to have done. Just waiting for rain to test it out!

October of 2018 was the wettest month in Arizona history and just my luck, my roof had a persistent leak. I called a few other places but they were all booked for weeks. Revamp was able to get me on their schedule within a week to provide a cost efficient estimate. Within a week I had a fixed roof and I'm confident my roof will last for a while. Great experience overall.

We looked at numerous other companies to replace our aging roof and repair some failing structural beams. Four Peaks was price was in line with other companies but their responsiveness and professionalism was well above any other company we spoke with. Jason was extremely responsive and courteous and followed up on each request immediately. They were able to get started very quickly and their crew worked diligently to complete ethe repair & replacement. Some additional roof damage was found and Jeff clearly explained what was needed and had his team come in on Sunday to keep the project on schedule. Jason and Jeff both checked in throughout the project and once it was completed, Jason came back and walked the roof with us to show exactly what had been done and ensure that the quality was up to standard. During the project, we had neighbors ask who we were working with as they were impressed with the quality of workmanship. I would highly recommend Four Peaks. They were easy to work with and the end result looks amazing. As an aside, a huge rainstorm came in the day after completion and no issues were revealed. Very happy with Four Peaks.

They don't repair all roofs as advertised

We have used Circle G roofing in our since 2012. Their prices are competitive and they do great work. I can trust them each and every time. I highly recommend you call them if you need your roof re done or repaired.

Ron did our bathrooms and kitchen. In both cases he exhibited attention to detail, and cleaned up the messes left by other contractors. His work is precise, and he does his best to provide his customers with quality work. I highly recommend for any jobs you have that need doing.

Steve and his team did an amazing job on our roof. They replaced our entire roof. We are so pleased with the outcome and our roof looks great and no leaks! Their team is extremely professional, on time and cleaned up after leaving each day.

I was impressed from the moment they arrived with the huge dumpster with port-a-johns attached! I know that might sound silly, but it was appreciated to have the workers be able to go to the bathroom in a respectful way. Overall, hubby and I were very happy and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Steve and his team at Certified Roofing.

Recently we had our roof reroofed using the Express Roofing Company. We wanted to use a color that was not offered by their company. The color of the shingles was Pacific Wave. It was the first time that Express has used that specific color also. Rene gave us a game-plan on what things would happen each day. The game-plan unraveled perfectly every day. The workers were meticulous in their workmanship and neatness. They covered our pool to keep debris out of the pool. They used the aerial drone to keep us updated on what was done on a daily basis. We were very pleased with the work, the shingles that we chose, the installation of the new shingles, and the clean-up after all the shingles were installed. The cost was just what was pre-determined before we started. The work ended on the specific date and time just as Express said it would. We were very pleased by all our dealings with the Express Roofing Company. By our dealings with them, we would highly recommend the Express Roofing Company for any re-roofing project. Thank You! Just purchased a new house in Scottsdale Rio Verde area. The inspector found the roof to be in need of replacement. I called 3 roofing contractors and All City came out when they said and gave me a fair price. Mike the estimator spent time to explain the process and followed up with me to help us get the roof installation set up and completed.

The tile roof came out so nice and they finished when they said they would. I am recommending this company for anyone who needs a roof for their home. Thank you so much!
