Called a bunch of roofing companies and got multiple estimates. By far America Roofing was the most knowledgeable and experienced out of all of them. You can tell that Jason (the guy that came out) was highly experienced in roofing, honest and very upfront about everything. Phoenix Roofing replaced my 23 year old roof following a roof leak that resulted in some damage to the interior of my home. Brandon Brawley, a managing partner of the company has been great to work with and responsive to my concerns and requests. As is often the case, the work did not come without challenges, but Brandon has always taken my calls and worked with me to resolve the issues that have related to the repairs. Most of the issues had nothing to do with the quality of the work performed and I am confident in recommending Phoenix Roofing to friends and neighbors for the attention they gave the project and for Brandon's extra efforts to communicate with me. Having met with several roofing companies prior to hiring Phoenix Roofing I believe they charged me a fair price and the crew that did the work was professional and efficient. We contacted MultiPro Roof Solutions after this summer’s monsoon winds caused substantial damage to our roof. Zachary came out and inspected the roof and walked us through the insurance process he was incredibly professional, honest, punctual, and above all- communicative with us. We have been having projects done around our home for about the last year and a half and I would have given anything for them to be as smooth as they were with Zachary and his team.
I have already recommended them to all of my neighbors!

Clyde came to our company to gain our business. We manage 400 single-family homes throughout the valley. We gave him two work orders. One is over a month old and we still don't have an invoice although they claim the job is complete. The roof is still leaking and they say it is not on them because there are holes in the metal stacks. (So as a roofer I guess they won't do all of the roofing repairs - metal stacks in a roof are someone else's job???) Could have told us that a month ago so we could have avoided further secondary damage to this home for the owner and major inconvenience to our tenant.
Second job we gave them is still leaking with each rain. 16 days and counting waiting for a bid. We are reassigning the work order and will not use this company again.

Within a day of requesting a quote, Duane showed up on time and could not have been more helpful and patient with all of my questions. I received a quote by email within an hour of his visit and a personal call to thank me for giving him a chance to assist in our project. No pressure, just genuine appreciation for the potential business. Typically I get two estimates for work like this....but this time I cancelled the second appointment as it was clearly unnecessary to look further.

Roofing Contractor recommendation. I recently had the roof on my home in Tatum Highlands replaced and I would like to recommend the company that did it, Ready Roofing AZ. They were very conscientious about how taking care of my property and were quick to install and did a very good job cleaning up and putting everything back in place. All this while doing quality work.

Great company! I was a little stressed after our roof starting leaking during a rain storm. The response time was quick (even though we are not located very close to their office). The customer service was excellent, and the crew did the job without interfering with our schedule or making a lot of noise. Our repair was a relatively small one from a recent storm--the price was very reasonable. If I ever have a big roofing job, they have earned my business. I have already recommended them to my parents and will continue to recommend them to others.

Next door neighbor used Centrik for his roof recently. Another neighbor and myself decided it was time to replace ours too. We had Agusto@Centrik come out and price a quote for two houses. The price was great and beat quotes from 3 other roofers.
Centrik's warranty was better than the competition...15-years on labor and 30-years on material. This also included the flat roof (patio over hang) portion of our roof. The competition was giving no more than 5-year warranty on the flat roof portion.
The workers were up on the roof by 6:30am each day and worked to 4pm with only a lunch break. Our roof looks much better in appearance than what we had.
Centrik does not charge additional for any replacement ply-wood or existing broken tiles. The competition wanted to charge an average of $50-60/sheet of ply-wood used and $10/tile for replacement. There was no nickel and diming with Centrik.
Each day the guys cleaned up debris that hit the ground and on the last day they power washed my walkway and driveway..
Centrik does not ask for a deposit upfront...you pay at the end of the job and they want you to be happy with their work.
I would not hesitate to recommend them for roof replacement or repair.

We looked at numerous other companies to replace our aging roof and repair some failing structural beams. Four Peaks was price was in line with other companies but their responsiveness and professionalism was well above any other company we spoke with. Jason was extremely responsive and courteous and followed up on each request immediately. They were able to get started very quickly and their crew worked diligently to complete ethe repair & replacement. Some additional roof damage was found and Jeff clearly explained what was needed and had his team come in on Sunday to keep the project on schedule. Jason and Jeff both checked in throughout the project and once it was completed, Jason came back and walked the roof with us to show exactly what had been done and ensure that the quality was up to standard. During the project, we had neighbors ask who we were working with as they were impressed with the quality of workmanship. I would highly recommend Four Peaks. They were easy to work with and the end result looks amazing. As an aside, a huge rainstorm came in the day after completion and no issues were revealed. Very happy with Four Peaks.

Professional timely service.

Joseph and team did a great job on repairing and applying elastomeric coating on our foam roof. They were also very punctual and showed up exactly when promised for both the quote and the work! I would very much recommend their work and definitely will use them for any roofing work in the future.

Wow...Phoenix Roofing and remodeling is the best! It was time for a new roof (25 years old) and we got quotes from three other companies. A co-worker recommended that we call Mike Vanvilet, and we're glad we did. Mike scheduled an appointment, and really took the time to explain the whole process, cost, timeline etc... The other quotes were in the same ballpark price wise, but non of the others companies took the time to explain the process, or even acted like they wanted our business. So we went with PRR. From the moment our supplies were delivered, to the end of the project, Mike and his team were professional, ON TIME EACH DAY, and kept our property clean of nails and old roofing materials. Everyday, my wife and I were (and our neighbors) so impressed with the work. Mike constantly took pictures of the work, so we always knew where the team was in the process. Someone else used the word dependable in their review. I couldn't agree more! These guys were on the ball everyday. The team completed our roof about a week and a half ago, and we can rest easy knowing the quality of work as we move into the summer and monsoon season.
