Best Emergency Roof in Phoenix AZ

Our next-door neighbor (who lives in two-story home) noticed some roof tiles askew in our home and notified us, so I called Scott Roofing for a repair estimate. Sal Corona arrived on time of the appointment, and discussed the problem and the age of the roof, and set about to do the inspection. Once he was finished, he showed me pictures of the rook damage which luckily just required re-setting a few rows of tiles back in place, which he completed without charging me anything. A less reputable roofer would surely have made the issue seem far worse and charged me a pretty penny. Instead, Sal Corona demonstrated Scott Roofing's great reputation for integrity and great customer service. My roof may not have needed service today, but it's 17 years old so I will DEFINITELY call on them in a few years when I need to replace it. If you are in need of a reputable roofer, look no further than Scott Roofing.

When my roof started leaking, I asked a couple friends who I should call and was told Ky-Ko. They had their roof done and so did one of their neighbors and both were extremely happy with the job done. I called and every person I have spoken with and met has been more than helpful and answered all my questions. Someone came out to the house twice before the actual day of work to check on what was needed. They showed up on time and tore off the old roof and replaced 3 pieces of plywood and sprayed on the new roof. They did a beautiful job of cleaning up after themselves and even covered my pool with plastic to keep out any debris. Came back the next day and sprayed the 2nd layer. Great service. Wonderful roof. Now if it would just rain so I could listen to the rain on the roof and not dripping in the bucket!

Lyons roofing replaced my shingles roof in Peoria on a double wide mobile home, I got 8 bids, Lyons was third on the price from lowest to highest, David was my estimator he was very patient with me because I know I'm very picky and Johnny my PM and Marvin's team did the work. I can say everyone was professional, respectful, and responsive. Roof looks amazing and we got two strong storms back to back in Peoria and roof held up great with no leaks. I was happy to pay a little more and get great work like that. Johnny is an honest rock star, crew forgot to reconnect a roof vent for my water heater and he came back and took care of it on his own two days after I paid the final bill. My roof was not leaking but it was 24 years old. The thought of someday repainting high ceilings was not appealing so I had budgeted for a replacement. I got multiple estimates and checked out all contractors with Az. ROC. The five bids I received ranged from high to temptingly low. I wanted to save money and go cheap but didn't sleep well. After thorough consideration I picked the company with the best reputation -Stapleton Roofing. The job took about a week and went very smoothly. All Stapeton employees were helpful and highly professional . They demonstrated concern for me and my home and never took short cuts. Stapleton's bid was very competitive and honest. Precision came out and did an amazing job on my roof.

These guys damaged The drywall inside my house and I have still not heard back from them about fixing it. They were contracted by Tesla to do this. They also left tear down debris like roofing nails that my son could step on in my yard.

I initially dismissed Capstone judgment based on other company's incorrect assessment. I'm disappointed that the highly rated other contractor was wrong. He said that my leak was due to a small error and that he fixed it. But that was not the case as evidenced by current moisture and leaking. I'm glad that capstone roofing was honest and didn't try to give minimal/no treatment, possibly in pursuit of ranking and social media placement.

With a small job, often it can be difficult to find a contractor who will follow through! I contacted Tacheny through Yelp because I wanted the roof inspected on my three year old home. After visits and bids from three firms, we decided to choose Tacheny. Jim, the salesperson who came out and took pictures, provided a competitive bid for a few broken tiles and flashing that needed to be reattached.
Jim was actually the same person who returned later after securing matching tiles and, in the sweltering AZ heat, replaced the broken tiles and made sure the flashing was put back in place. I have already recommended them for an inspection to neighbors and I'm glad to have done business with them!

I did a lot of research and this company was highly recommended. The site boss was always communicating throughout the roofing project. The roofers were helpful and did high quality work. Would highly recommend!

I love my new roof. This roofing company provided quality product and service. I have a FrenchTraditional style home , so my roof is enormous. His crew was very professional and efficient. Not only did they do a terrific job on the roof, but they cleaned up so I didn't have to come behind them to get everything in order. I chose the architectural tiles and they look tremendous! They really upgrade the appearance of my home. With all the rain we are having, I am so glad I have my new roof and don't have any worries about leaks or damage.

Its an ok company

I hired Starkweather to replace my roof & sustained the first leak I have had in nearly 40 years & other roofers. It cost me a bit over $8500. for this leak and I will say they did come out and repair it when I first found it. It took a while we do live in a very dry state. Is it fixed?? I hope so we have not had much rain since the repair. HOWEVER the damage to the ceiling in the house remains unrepaired. Starkweather DOES NOT fix that even though they caused it. I have not hired any one to fix it since I am still not sure the roof does not leak!! It makes me sick every time I look at it but if I get it repaired & still have a leak I would have to do it again!! WHAT A MESS. I cannot go up and even look at the repair (I am a 75 yr old woman with knee replacements) not that I would know by looking anyhow. I gave them 3 stars since they were always punctual and here when they said and left the job clean.

Called for an appointment and was able to schedule same day service. Augusto was on time, professional, affordable, and went above and beyond with his service! I would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone!
