TSM roofing is a professional business and will compete with other roofer's estimates. Very thorough, and crew with a strong work ethic. Excellent work and all work accomplished exactly as described with quality materials. Highly recommend TSM roofing. Update: After 1 year after roof install, there were roof leaks on 2 different occasions. The first response was timely and thorough . The second time a leak occurred there was no call back or visit. I was forced to take care of the leak myself due to another rain forecast. My warranty is good on paper, but not action. I will take my roofing business elsewhere.

I was out of town when I was notified by my wife about a leak in our roof. Unfortunately it was a Sunday, and knew I would not get someone to come out right away. I did however place an inquiry online and Alex responded the very next day. He not only called me, but followed up with an email with what more than likely was going on based on their vast experience working on roofs with solar panels.

Within a few days, we had a great guy by the name of Chris come to the home. He called prior to coming which was helpful as to make sure he wasn't missed. While there Chris was courteous and professional. He spoke to my mother in law and explained what he needed to do. I also got a call from Alex to go over the exact details.

I approved the work and Chris got right to work. He was quick, clean, and knew what he was doing. I was relieved to see that I was working with an honest and professional company. The quote that was sent to me prior to them even coming out was spot on. They didn't try to oversell me, but just give my family and I, peace of mind.

I normally would say I would do business again with Castile, but I hope I don't have any more roof issues. I would however give them 5 STARS and recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

Hayden contacted us right away (per our request) and showed up the same day. He is very knowledgeable about the entire process and laid everything out perfectly for us. We've never had to go through this process before so it was a relief to have someone so tenured and professional.

If you are looking to have your roof serviced or, in my case, replaced then look no further than Stapleton Roofing. After interviewing 4 different roof contractors, I was blown away by what was offered from Stapleton. But before you pass judgement that I might not be qualified, here is my story.
Everyone in Phoenix remembers the hail storm of 2010 and the damage it left in its wake. We did the wrong thing and hired a company based on price alone - HUGE mistake. I had more leaks with that roof done by an inferior company.
Additionally, I have a neighbor with a birdseed block who feeds birds that like to roost on MY roof. Those birds poked holes throughout my roof, too. You can't pick your neighbors but you can pick roofing companies with solutions for the problems.
After 4 kitchen pans for drips, a huge hole in the ceiling in our master bedroom to a CRAZY leak and bird holes everywhere, I did the search.
It is rare to find good trades and even more rare to find ethical trades. Stapleton actually listened to my issues and did not give me a standard answer that the other roof contractors provided. And they did everything they said they would do.
I felt the contract was a good value but what I learned is you NEVER want to take shortcuts with a roof - I learned that the hard way.
In summary, Stapleton Roofing is awesome and you'll like the results.

When I needed a roof inspection High Class Roofing was recommended. From the moment I called them they were professional and took the time to prioritize my inspection needs. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR ROOFING PROJECT.
1. They told me they prided themselves on being on the job on time. I had another appointment the day my roof was scheduled to be installed and had to cancel my appointment because they were an hour and a half late.
2.. They left 2 large nails sticking up, on my front sidewalk. I went out to take my trash out and one of the nails went through my shoe. Luckily I did not puncture my foot. I have pictures to verify this.
3. They wanted a check first thing but I asked them if they would hold it for 3 days until I transferred the money into my bank account. They promised me over and over they would not cash it but they did. I was charged bank fees and it was a big hassle for me to get it straightened out.
4. I purchased the most expensive rubber roof system. They took the tile off of my patio roof and did not put it back on. Instead they installed some rolled shingle type material. The seams are not even so I texted Danny, the owner of the company 3 times (which he stated was the best way to get in touch with him), and did not hear back. The fourth time he responded. I complained to Danny that I was not happy with the way my patio roof looked. I don’t feel he has any customer service ethics and NO integrity. He said if they reinstalled the tile then the 20 year warranty would not be valid. He basically just argued with me.
5. Danny told me to wait a year for the shingle material to cure and after a year he would coat it with Elastomeric rood coating to make it look better.
**NOTE** He claimed that this would cost him $300.
6. I called him a week ago, Tuesday, February 26, 2019, and he chastised me and said; you have waited a whole year to call me back about this. That is when HE told me to call him back.
7. Then he said that the cost of coating my patio roof with elastomeric would cost him $80. So he wasn’t truthful with me a year ago when he complained that it would cost him $300. I don’t know about you but I don’t like dishonest people.

The service and installation was great. Our estimate was right on time and the actual roofing was on time and quality. What else can you ask for. We would recommend In-Ex Designs to anyone.
