TSM Roofing is the BEST! From the first phone contact to everything in between to the end was GREAT! TSM was very friendly, professional, reasonably priced and HONEST, keeping us in the loop and NO nickel and diming. The office staff, estimator and workers were a pleasure to deal with. All of our questions were answered in an easy to understand manner. The crew did an OUTSTANDING job and my neighbors commented on how quickly and beautifully it looks. I have corners that are folding upThey told me edges would lay down when warmed up but have not but am giving them the opertunity to fix it n have bin call in to make it correct they got tar all over n came and cleaned it all off so they do what they say they are going to do very good people to work with n deal with if there is a problem they work hard to correct the problem until u are satisfied would hire them again

Office staff responded very quickly and sent out Dan. Dan advised me that we should meet with the insurance adjuster. It was that advise that brought about complete coverage of the damages including depreciation. Dan helped with each little problem I’ve brought to him including cleaning up what the installer left behind including fishing shingles out of my pool. I couldn’t have hoped for anything better. If you want exceptional customer service then Castile Roofing is the company for you. Alex is so responsive, professional, and friendly. He and Alfonso promptly and honestly answered every question I had and were very thoughtful about doing it affordably. I have been searching far and wide for a company to repair termite damage on the trusses in my attic with no success. Castile Roofing was the first company to send someone out to assess and repair the damage. Chris was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and even went above and beyond to inspect and repair other issues on my roof. They even sent me pictures of the repairs they made. So hard to find a good honest company that provides this kind of customer service.

Just had a new roof installed by Multi-Pro Roof Solutions. They did an amazing job from dealing with the insurance company to actually installing the roof, the service was fantastic.

I'm particularly grateful for all of the hand-holding during the process by the Project Manager Zach Tomlinson. He did everything he said he would do, was responsive to all of my questions and was really great to work with.

This place is weird field estimator very unprofessional come to the home sit in the car for a long time according to my neighbor and leave without ringing the door bell, out of the blue I get an estimate I thought these people are highway robbers I didnt get any estimate from them what so ever.. customers service is just as bad beware people

When it comes to roofing contractors, it's crucial to choose a company with a reputation for excellence. Geo Roofing certainly fits the bill. They have years of experience in the industry and are equipped to handle any roofing project, big or small.

I opted to have Reyes Roofing remove my old roof (2 layers of asphalt shingles) and reinstall a new roof. I have a single story house roughly 1800 square feet, apparently the rough was double in sq/ft of what my actual floor plan. My list of contractors that quoted me was approximately 10, some responded quickly, others not so much - the criteria I used to select those ten were as followed: 1) Registrar of Contractors (AZ ROC) in good standing with no previous or pending complaints, 2) A member of the BBB of AZ - also with no pending or previous complaints, 3) More than 5 years in the roofing industry as listed by AZ ROC, 4) listed by either Certainteed or Malarkey Roofing materials as a contractor for residential installations - the two shingle manufacturers I choose as suitable materials.

Ultimately most of the bids were very close; ranging from 16,000 - 12,000 dollars to complete the job. Reyes Roofing was my choice for several reasons; 1) simple and precise contract (some contracts had added fees - first layer of roof included, second layer would be billed at a per sq/ft basis, etc, etc), 2) the length of guarantee on workmanship - many contracts only quoted a guarantee/warranty on labor/workmanship of one year (something I felt was a palsy sum since the two types of roofing are lifetime warranty architectural laminated shingles (laymen terms multi-tab 30 year shingle) {Reyes offers 10 years as part of the quote}, and 3) Price.

I was not disappointed, my quote was exact, included taxes, fees, and there was no limitations or expressed loop-holes that other quotes I had received had. Scheduling was simple, albeit not on my part - I had specific requests to prevent messing with my work schedule that other bidders did not promise any type of possibility to adhere to.

Removal of the two layers of roof was relatively simple, all and any debris that fell on the ground was picked up at the end of each work day. Installation was just as simple, they took roughly two and a half days - first day removal, second day completed removal and applied roof to about 75% complete, third day completion and removal of trailer full of debris.

Contact was simple, any calls were answered promptly, and the only one time I left a message, it was returned in a timely manner.

Knowing now what I know and if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose Reyes Roofing.

LLC did a wonderful job with our roof! Our New home has such an old soul, but LLC did a wonderful job! Worth it!

I like the people and work ethic of Capstone. Bill responds to my needs and that is good. I believe that I will be using them for the roof of my home for as long as I own the house. The roof quality will be passed onto another and I am confident the quality will continue.

Very friendly

Diversified Roofing is the company who installed the roof on my new build house in Dec.2013. It appears they installed the O'hagin vents incorrectly, and now have water stains on my ceiling. Disappointed, but not surprised after reading reviews. They wouldn't even come out to look without charging me $95, which I said forget it. Of course several other roofing companies were happy to come out, free of charge to look to see how they can fix Diversifieds mistakes. Zero stars for workmanship and customer service.

Sean and Brian did a great job on my roof. Perhaps just as importantly Sean spent lots of time with me beforehand making sure we got the job right and helping me with some other paperwork I needed to complete. There were some extra things I wanted doing on the roof and the team went out of their way to do these to make the job perfect. Altogether a great experience.

After the big rains, we had large leaks flowing into the garage. Quotes ranged to over $1000's. Daryl came out and gave us an honest repair quote at by far the best price. We're going to need a new roof in the next couple of years, so he wanted to fix the problem at hand, correctly, to last until we replace everything. No need to spend extra now for no reason!
The crew showed up on time and had the job done in half a day. Repaired everything, set up some extra water flow safeguards, and left everything clean. We'll definitely use them when we replace our roof. Great customer care!! Thanks
