Best Complete New Roofs in Phoenix AZ

TSM Roofing recently completed a roofing leakage job for me. He was on time, courteous and very professional. He is a very hard working young man and it was a pleasure to hire him. I would recommmend him for any roofing problem.

Top notch customer service, very friendly, quick, professional. 100% would recommend! Fixed my issue so fast!

Cons:
The estimator was 4 hours late.
The paper estimate didn't come until I harassed them for a copy.
The repair was rescheduled twice. (Emergencies kept bumping my appointment even though I was scheduled?)
The repair guys laid in the middle of my driveway while they waited for more parts to be delivered.
There wasn't any communication at all from the business's end. I only found out of the rescheduling, payment options, estimate copies, etc because I called each time. (No proactive measures were taken)
I was talking to my S/O and used the phrase I feel like I'm begging them to take my money & do the work...

Pros:
The price. They came in well under-budget and blew away four other estimates, once by well over a grand.
The repairs were done quickly and efficiently.
Invoice/payment was all online and simple to complete.
Electronic/PDF documents (estimate and receipt) via email.
I assume that the quality is pretty good (there are no more birds on my roof, there aren't any leaks and the plywood looks new).
No dust, debris or mess was left - it was all cleaned up as promised.

Overall:
If you have the time and energy to be your own advocate with this company, I say go for it. If you're out of town or unable to manage the procedural aspect that will be required of you to actually start the process, I'd recommend checking a few other places out.

This company and I share a mixed history. They replaced my roof about last year. I’m still having some issues after they put in the roof. I woke up this morning to find quite the flood in my bathroom. There are ridges on one part of my roof where they worked. Also there were some jobs that were never finished that were promised. I suppose my biggest issue is that I can’t always get somebody to reach out and respond to me when I am having trouble.

Roof repair was completed as quoted. Repair was completed in a professional manner and installer was quick to identify what needed to be done and had the proper supplies and tools to complete task. Before and after pictures helped demonstrate completion of repair.

Since I was not available for final completion of repair I was unable to verify if 4 tiles that had cracks were repaired or replaced. I had discussed this during the quote process. Since there was a cement grout before the repair if that needed to be done again.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were prompt for the inspection and the estimate was given to us promptly as well! The office staff was helpful, informative and courteous. The work was started when they said it would be, by a crew that was , professional, quick and extremely neat. The work took a mere two days, and you wouldn't have know anyone had been here. BEAUTIFUL WORK and the most stress-free home project we'd ever had done. Look no further....this is the company you want.

I recently purchased a home and the previous owner used Stapleton to install a new roof in 2016. The roof had a warranty, and I started seeing some moisture in one of the bedrooms so I called them out to look at it. Unfortunately the warranty hadn't been transferred properly, they require an inspection to ensure that nothing had been done on the roof that might effect the warranty before they transfer to the new owner. Pat was super helpful and took a look at the roof, turned out I had a stucco crack around one of my scuppers. The rest of the roof looks great, hadn't had a chance to see it myself until now, much better than the roof on my previous flat roof home. He transferred the warranty and was very helpful, I'd recommend you give Stapleton a call if you need help with your roof.

BEWARE OF GEO ROOFING!!! GEO ROOFING IS A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! IN EARLY FEBRUARY MIKE PETERSON (GEO SALESMAN) CAME TO MY HOUSE AND GAVE ME A QUOTE FOR A NEW ROOF ON MY HOUSE. HE SAID THEY WERE RUNNING 2-3 WEEKS OUT. I PAID THEM A DOWN PAYMENT OF 5500 AND THEY GAVE ME AN INSTALL DATE FOR FEBRUARY 26 2019. LETTY (GEO OFFICE MANAGER) CALLED ME ON THE EVENING OF FEBRUARY 25TH (THE DAY BEFORE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO START) AND TOLD ME THEY WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO START UNTIL MARCH 6TH NOW BECAUSE THEY WERE SO BACKED UP. MARCH 6TH CAME AROUND AND NOBODY SHOWED UP AND NOBODY CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. I TRIED TO CALL MIKE PETERSON (GEO SALESMAN) AND HE DIDN'T ANSWER. I LEFT HIM A MESSAGE AND HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. HOURS LATER LETTY (GEO OFFICE MANAGER) CALLS ME AND SAYS ALL HER ROOF WORKERS GOT IN A CAR ACCIDENT AND NOW THEY WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO START UNTIL MARCH 11TH. SO THAT DAY CAME AROUND AND GUESS WHAT...NOBODY SHOWED UP AGAIN AND NO CALL FROM GEO LETTING ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. I TRIED TO CALL LETTY BUT SHE WOULD NOT TAKE MY CALL. THEY HAVE A RECEPTIONIST SCREENING ALL THE CALLS. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY INSISTENT ON GETTING MY NAME AND WHY AM I CALLING. THEY WOULD NOT REFUND MY 5500 DOWN PAYMENT SO I HAD TO CALL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND DISPUTE THE CHARGE!!! THIS COMPANY IS SOOOO BAD. I JUST DON'T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYBODY ELSE. BEWARE OF GEO ROOFING AZ!!!

Zack has been nothing short of professional the entire process. He went above and beyond to help get our roof replaced even when he wasn’t sure we were going to use his business he was still willing to help out any way he could. He is up front with his costs, communicates throughout the whole process, and puts the customer and work ahead of the money side of the process. I would definitely use Precision Roofing LLC again.

This company did a great job in replacing our roofs for a multi-family community. They are highly knowledgeable and skilled and got the job done on time and on budget. I also want to mention that their customer service and progress reporting went above and beyond any other company that I've worked with in the industry. I’ve used Overson Roofing for three different jobs and have referred them unconditionally to family and friends. Their service, quality, and attention to detail have been fantastic. All work has always been well coordinated and communicated. As a customer I never had to wonder what the schedule would be. Everyone on the crew was professional, courteous, and clean. Cleanup at the end of the job was outstanding. Final inspection of the job was scheduled to ensure complete customer satisfaction. I was extremely pleased with Ruben and his team on two roofing projects he performed for me...from the estimating process all the way through finished product and clean-up.

Scheduled 2 days ago due to a leak that started 2 days ago. Contractor shows up 20 minutes late only to say they don't do flat roofs. This is urgent, and I don't understand why this detail isn't asked when scheduling.

Now I'm 2 days in to living under a leaking asbestos roof that could be molding and might as well have just ignored the problem for 2 days.
