Thanks KY-KO for doing such a good job. They worked on the back half of the roof and let me know when they were going to start, that it would take an extra day and when they completed the job. The day after the job was finished, KY-KO came out and inspected the roof to make sure the job was done and completed properly. Everyone was very professional. Needed to have a skylight replaced and some damage from the old leaking skylight repaired. Lyons Roofing were great! They replaced the old skylight, repaired the damages that had been done and left our home spotless inside and out. If you need someone to repair your roof than look no more. I called because we noticed some tile on our roof that was about ready to call and within two hours give or take Josh had it repaired. He also took the time to repair other loose tiles along with checking the rest of the roof for anything that looked abnormal! Price was very affordable and I’m left as a very happy customer! Wow! What can I say? A free roof from insurance?! Neil Burnett was my project manager and did a spectacular job. The whole time I was worried that I was going to be hit with a huge bill, but at the end of the job, all I owed the young man was my deductible. Still can't believe how smooth and professional this process was. My wife and I will be recommending this company to family and friends.

It's difficult to find a reliable roofing contractor in Phoenix. I called several to get quotes for a leak repair. Geo Roofing wasn't the cheapest, but they were very competitive, and the estimate was the most comprehensive, and their scheduled service was quicker than any competitor.
The work started on time and when the crew discovered some damaged roof decking which was outside the scope, I called Mike the General Manager concerned about a huge change order. He responded quickly with the additional charges; about a 10% increase ($250) which was a great deal. The work was done professionally, and the crew cleaned up after the work was completed.
I highly recommend Geo Roofing because of the fast (compared to other contractors) response time, cost competitive estimate, and thorough and professional work.

I called Zona and worked with Erika L and Dave. Both were professional and yet kind and concerned about my issues. I got a full inspection with a fair appraisal of the situation and good news about the state of my roof. Repair work was done on time and I’ve had no problems since then. I have referred them to family and friends since then. Five star service start to finish from everyone.

Had an appointment for Reyes to come out and give me a quote on roof replacement. Made sure I was home an hour early, and shuffled my schedule around so I could even be there a half hour later than the appointment. Reyes was a no-call, no-show. I understand running late, but why would anybody do business with a company that isn't even reliable enough to call when they are going to be late?

UPDATE: In response to the company's belated response: I simply reported on my experience. Your company was trying to get my business, so you should have been doing everything you could to make sure we were impressed with your reliability and trustworthiness. As for your allegation that the owner came out the next day to apologize, this is simply not true. The only time a Reyes employee came to our door was the day after the missed appointment, and that employee - whether he was the owner or not - acted surprised when I said that they had missed the appointment the day before, and he said that he was there on the correct day. You are just trying to make your business sound more responsible than it has proven to be.

John and the entire team are FANTASTIC! Everyone there is extremely professional, thorough, and hard working. We had them install porch roof. They came out better than we could have imagined! We keep getting compliments from all of our neighbors. We liked working with them so much that we are going to have them do our farmhouse roof next. We highly recommend them!
