Best Commercial Roofer in Phoenix AZ

We got several quotes from different roofing companies. Allstate gave us the best quote and also gave us a sample of the materials they use. Everything was explained to us before the project started. The workers were punctual and left the area as clean as when they arrived. We would definitely recommend Allstate Roofing.

Destruction and Frustration will follow. My HOA hired them to reroof our condos. They did not tell us they would start work at 5AM. The only notice we got was what days they will be doing which buildings. There workers are very sloppy & leave a mess. Things like trash from there lunch. They broke many of the A/C units in the buildings and the more I talk to others in our community, I am hearing the same story. I have reached out to this company many times to inform them of the damages there works have caused to many units. I have discussed my unit with them over the last 2 weeks and to point... no one has called me back or offered to cover the cost. I write this review so that others will know how they do business. I would recommend looking to another company. The money you will save in repairs will be worth your time going else where.

The Ky-Ko team was excellent...from the estimate, the power wash, the repair of a crack, installation of 2 skylights and 2 layers of spray covering. And Oscar's visit to check the job today was extremely interesting. He inspected the roof, sent me pictures of the job, provided me his card and ensured me to call should any concern arise. He was respectful, kind and very personable....a great representative of the company. We used Ky-Ko in 2005 and again this year...and we'll continue to call on Ky-Ko.

Extremely pleased with Sarah and Stonecreek Roofing. Originally insurance was only going to cover half of my roof (which a separate roofing company agreed with). Sarah came back out, and did a re-inspection, and identified and documented additional damage which was approved by the insurance company. Quality of the shingles and workmanship were great as well. Have, and will recommend to others.

I really never write reviews unless I'm really happy or really mad about customer service and work quality. I am building a custom home and have worked with every trade in the process and I can tell you Rick Thomas and Thomas Roofing was the best to work with by far. He always answers the phone, has good pricing, his crew is timely and does great work. There were some items that needed addressed from other trades that he was able to provide solutions for to move the process along. Highest recommended and will continue to use him on all my projects.

The crew was very clean and professional, kept my yard/pool super clean and picked up after themselves which I really appreciated! I ask them to kindly to be careful with a camera cable and they did not unplug, instead worked around it without damaging and I was very thankful for that.

These people have the worst customer service. No one returns your calls. And if they do it’s a week later because someone is on vacation even though you called and left a few voice mails with other people. They came out made us a quote that was over $100 more then the company we ended up using. They are the ones that built the roof not even 3 years ago about 2 1/2 years and the roof from the storms ripped out roof apart. They say it’s an act of god they can’t control what the weather does. But why is it a brand new home and not only ours many others in same builder complex that also had same issues. That sounds more like workmanship then weather. The people the had on the roof when it was being built had no professional vehicles and could not sp aj English every time we checked on our home while being built. Stay away

Had a leak with water running into my wall. Jack The Roofer found the problem. My Satellite dish had pulled away with the brackets leaving a space for water to enter.

Scott and Sydney were very professional. The crew were very professional very clean and did a great job. I needed them to fix something and Sydney came back out the next day to correct the problem. Would recommend them to anybody they were excellent very professional great job guys.

Like many, we suffered damage from the recent wind & rain storm. No one likes to find roof shingles in the yard! Danny was supportive throughout this process, from rapidly responding to my initial call after the storm, making a temporary repair, & working with my insurance adjuster and spearheading the new roof installation. The crew was amazing - fast, friendly and did a good job cleaning up the site. 8 days after the storm, the new beautiful, quality roof was on!
