Best Commercial Roof Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

I live in an apartment. Renco was redoing roof and removed my satilite dish. No cable all day with no warning this was going to happen! Was reinstalled while I was gone, got home to see only a few channels! A guy from Renco came and tried adjusting the dish, unfortunately I got no call telling me he was coming so when I got home It was worse!! Had NO channels! He did come back next day tried to adjust but had no luck!!! I sit FIVE DAYS WITHOUT SATILITE!!! BEFORE DIRECT COULD COME!!! MIGHT NOT WANT TO MESS WITH SOMETHING YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT!! MAYBE TAKE A PICTURE OF DISH SO YOU GUYS CAN MAYBE PUT IT BACK IN SAME SPOT!!! AS FAR AS THERE ROOFING! THEY CAME BACK FEW DAYS AGO AND PUT COATING ON! ALL OVER SIDEWALKS FROM DRIPS!!

They gave me an estimate in Spring 2022 to replace both the flat & tiled parts of my roof. The tile, however, was unavailable due to supply chain delays related to the pandemic. They started my roof Oct. 3rd, and I am delighted with the whole experience. They cleaned up EVERYTHING daily, were early every day, worked like crazy in the blistering still 100+ degree heat, were polite & pleasant, and stuck by the original estimate despite having to replace ALL my plywood because mine was rotted throughout! They even returned a few days later to build up a portion of my flat roof for better drainage to prevent pooling! I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you Lyon’s Roofing for helping an old chick raising her young grandson out! Special thanks to Eddie Cortez, my project manager who went out of his way to ensure all my concerns were taken care of, and to Rudy who was so kind & thorough, explaining all the warranties & maintenance schedules! You both are just the best - kind, honest, funny, and take great care of your customers! ???????

Owners are honest and easy to communicate with. Employees worked all day every day and were always on time and courteous. The job site was cleaned up at the end of each day and I was then informed of the work to be completed the following day. I received everything that was contracted for and then some. Excellent roofing company, best in the valley!

In monsoon season 2017 , we had two crazy storms that gave us roof issues, but Star Roofing came out and fixed them right away each time. They also gave us some good recommendations and quotes on anything that could be a future issue and they fixed that also. I just really appreciate how professional and courteous their team was and I would recommend them to anyone!

I had contacted several companies to get quotes to redo my entire house roof after the storms demolished my porch roofing. Capstone came out the next day, and I got my estimate the following day. Another company didn't even show up for my estimate, and two other companies were about 2K more expensive than my Capstone quote. Obviously I went with Capstone. They were quick to respond to my questions, on time, quality materials, quality work, and they did a good clean-up job after. I highly recommend Capstone if you are looking for a new roof.

This company did a great job in replacing our roofs for a multi-family community. They are highly knowledgeable and skilled and got the job done on time and on budget.
