Best Commercial Contractors in Phoenix AZ

We learned about Phoenix Roofing Contractors a Pro West company from my cousin who is HOA president in Sun City. She used them for her whole complex and said what an amazing job, overall communication, professionalism, knowledge and craftsmanship for replacing roofs. Jeff and Josiah Guthrie’s with Phoenix Roofing Contractors came highly recommended and so happy with our new roof!
I called them and they came out and did an inspection and discussed all options. If you have experienced storm damage it is worth your time to have them come out and do an inspection. You will not be disappointed. They have years of local expertise and provide peace of mind in such a big home project. Great project management and coordination of all steps of shingles being dropped off at the house and our roof was done in one day! now we have a beautiful new roof and we picked a color that complimented our house color and feel confident and provides peace of mind that our home is now protected from top down. The shingles they use are very high quality and can’t say enough about the quality product overall that they deliver. We had a pleasant experience having our roof redone by this company. They were very professional. On time for the work. Cleaned up daily while working. They fulfilled all the expectations we had. I would recommend them to others.

Needed to have a skylight replaced and some damage from the old leaking skylight repaired. Lyons Roofing were great! They replaced the old skylight, repaired the damages that had been done and left our home spotless inside and out. Even with the harsh winds and rain that we've had since they fixed our roof, there has not been one single drop of leakage. Thank you Lyons Roofing!

As much as I want to give five (5) stars, not able to due to the lack of follow through

Actually, it started out as five (5) stars, only for the customer service to decline the second day into the project and for up to two (2) weeks afterwards.

Pros:
** Estimate was competitive, if not slightly below other quotes I had received
** First day of project, not only did they show up on time, they were early...this fact I was very helpful it would continue through the next day
** The first day the team was focus and getting it done

Cons:
** Even before the project started, I requested an call the day before because I have six (6) special needs (medical and behavioral) dogs, needed to plan a pet sitter...that call did not happen
** Second day, a gentleman came by driving the company truck to drop of replacement roof tiles. I asked when the team would arrive because if I could save money with the pet sitter, that would be great. He made a phone call and I was advised someone will call me shortly with an ETA..it was 7:00 AM at this point
** Second day, same gentleman I asked if there would be a roof inspection after the project was completely, not only did he say that there would be one, he shared what would occur. He even noted he saw a few items that needed to be addressed as he could see from the ground.
** Second day, four (4) hours later, the call never came, at this point it was 11 AM, I called the office and asked for an ETA. I was told to call another person, that person's VM stated he was on vacation, I called back to the office and it was stated I would receive a call within the hour
** Second day, a hour later, no call, I sent an email through their project management tool, that was answered, ninety (90) minutes later the team showed up to complete the job. At this point it was close to 2:00 PM, which meant I could have save a lot of money with the pet sitter
** Week after I sent an email through their portal asking if there would be a final inspection. Here was the response: Hi Kelly, Yes I will be stopping by beginning of next week.I will let you know what day before I come I responded back to let me know day and time so I could have the dogs secured
** Two weeks after above response, I sent a follow-up requesting when would the final inspection occur....never heard back

What started as wow, this is awesome, ended with disappointment due to lack of communication, follow-through, and I have to wonder based upon these gaps, what may be missing, other than what the gentleman pointed out on the second date, on my roof?

Lenin and Alfonso were kind, prompt, and the work completed was thorough and affordable! Will use Castile roofing for any future repairs.

The salesman was thorough and the install crew was quick and professional they didnt disrupt my schedule and they cleaned up after they were done.
