Stapleton Roofing Rocks!!

Had an excellent experience with Capstone Roofing. I was referred to Capstone for work to my tile roof by a general contractor who felt my needs were beyond his scope of experience. I was looking for a company to come out and give my roof a once over, replace any cracked tiles, reset any slipped tiles, and redo all the deteriorated mortar packs as the various ridges. Their crew of three came out on time and got right to work. They did an excellent job of matching the existing tile color and were cleaned up after themselves well, taking care of small spots where mortar had fallen to the ground as they were redoing the mortar packs. The roof is about 20 years old and of the several companies I spoke with, Capstone was the ONLY one interested in helping me perform the needed maintenance to get the most remaining life from my existing roof. EVERY other company I quoted for the work saw 20 years old = you automatically need a new roof, here's a quote for $25 K. I have since referred Capstone to others I know who needed similar maintenance done, repairs after monsoon storms, etc with similar results. One of the Best, I take that back...the BEST roofing contractors in Arizona. They now do re-roofs for all those homes at the 15-20 year mark.Get a hold of them, I worked with John, one of the Residential estimators there. From the minute he showed up until the final cleanup of my property it was all communicated to me daily, status of the job, issues they came across and lastly the Final walk of the roof with photos so I could see the results and attention to detail these professionals have. Travis was recommended on the Nextdoor app. I was either needing repairs or a new roof but had a tough time getting anyone out. Called on a Saturday and thought I was going to be leaving a message but Travis actually answered the phone. Explained my situation and sent him photos. Told him no hurry a week out would be fine if they were busy. The following Monday Turner came out and then called me to explain what he saw and sent me more pictures. Yes they could repair but as I have seen several other issues and my home is 17 years old so I decided to replace it. Not knowing the roofing business or their lingo, I had several questions in regards to the quote. I called Turner several times and he was very polite and answered them professionally. We had the roof done a couple of months ago and am very pleased with the work. Would highly recommend Travis & Turner at Nextgen Coating & Roofing Systems.

From the initial call to ask for an estimate to the end of the job, everything went smooth and easy. Matt came out within a day or two of my first phone call and did a complete roof inspection (provided photos of all the damage) and quickly identified where the origination of my roof leak started. He was very good about explaining the issue and already had a plan for the remedy.

He explained what he was going to do, how long it would take and how much it would cost. They kept their word at every turn and I am very happy with the job they did and how great they were about getting me on their schedule asap.

I give two thumbs up and five stars, very good company to do business with.

OK-I'm the guy who provided a negative review in the past. Seems that we had a terminal communication problem. I apparently asked too many questions which the owner took as being to intrusive. Well-the communication issue was more the product of two grumpy old men being set in their ways. We finally got our act together and Circle-G did the job-foamed the metal roof on a screened porch (my mothers house) in Scottsdale. The Circle-G folks were worried that we would not see much of a temperature drop due to the openness of the screened porch. So-we actually measured the temperature before and after. More than a 20 degree swing in the temperature-we no longer can cook meat on the floor. Moreover-they arrived ON TIME and did exactly what they told us they would do. Very good job.

I had leak issue with my roof and had no idea that all the wood underneath the tiles was rotted. It was a mess. A friend recommended Stapleton Roofing to me so I had them out as well as a couple other roofing contractors to look at my issue and give me estimates. I am so happy that I had Stapleton Roofing out. Not only did they give me the best estimate out of the four companies I had out but they took the time to explain how my roof ended up this way and what kind of action I could take right now. The even offer financing too. When Pat, the owner, was explaining how my roof had gotten in such bad shape never once did I feel like I was being lied to or over pitched. Working is really goods

We have used Express Roofing on two homes now and are extremely satisfied! Our most recent home was in Scottsdale and had a 30-year old roof; we knew purchasing it we would be proactive and just have the roof replaced. Express Roofing came out and as per normal did an extensive inspection and provided us a detailed report of what was found and multiple options for our new roof. They weren't the cheapest but are extremely competitive to other quotes, yet they offered superior materials and much more in-depth work.

We had a new roof in a week and they did an outstanding job! They are prompt with their schedule, and they are detailed in their work (years of experience) and site cleanup. An investment into a new roof is a huge deal, and it can be stressful. Working with Express Roofing gave us the assurance our investment was of top quality and will stand the test of time. They also stand behind their product should you ever need them. Highly recommend them!

Previous owner had work done by Collum. When a storm hit and our roof leaked, I left them voicemails and sent messages. When no-one answered I found another company who immediately sent someone out and they were helpful. A week later, Collum got in touch to say that to even start the process of getting someone out, there's a form I should have known to fill out on their site! Why didn't they tell me that? So frustrating. Be warned.
