It was my experience with Bob that made me decide to go with Scott Roofing. The first reason I chose your company was because Bob was the ONLY estimator that walked, measured and diagramed the entire roof. Your competitors only focused on the area that I had a problem with. The second reason was Bob’s willingness to check at the bone yard to try to find matching tiles. Your competitor’s didn’t even offer. The third reason was that Bob took the time to sit down and go over everything in detail. He made me feel like a valued customer, and I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision on the spot.

I had gathered three bids from your competitors and Scott Roofing was not the most affordable. However, after talking with Bob and comparing how he approached his bid against your competitors, I felt more comfortable going with Scott Roofing and paying the higher price because I believed that my repairs would be done correctly.

We have a roof over our back patio that was covered with rolled roofing. Since this material deteriorates under the Arizona sun, we decided to recover with galvanized metal roofing.
We are very pleased with the job that TSM did. All aspects were positive!

Poor quality ,work not done well . Gaps in flashing lifting shingles and supervisors that will not follow up and managers that lie about fixing the issues . I would avoid this company

I have storm damage to my roof and it’s been this way since July 2021. I found this company after I had a bad experience with RMP construction. This company had better ratings and a good rating on BBB. So far my work has been rescheduled week after week with little to no notice. I had to reschedule other contractors to do inside work waiting on these guys. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were just backed up and short staff. The day we had them in contract to show up, they didn’t. We weren’t given a call or heads up. The carpenter showed up and was clueless to why they weren’t here.. There is no communication to their employees and to the customer. The owner has informed us they are willing to let us out of our contract. The consistent no show is a breach of contract. I even question the quality of work they would do if they are willing to just walk away from my business. Due to the time we have already spent with this company we just want the work done in a timely manner like we agreed. They shouldn’t be scheduling any additional work if they don’t have the man power. I will post an update to this and see if they follow through as well as the quality of work if completed.

I wanted to give a ZERO rating for Diversified roofing... My entire experience was horrible. They are the worst service provider and with utter lack of communication and expertise. Runaway from them and save your money, precious time, and get quality work from other vendors.

It all starts with roof inspection during the home buying process, I came across this company when my realtor found them when they are available for a quick roof inspection within a day notice.
The ordeal started from the very first-day interaction when they communicated the date of the appointment but No visit time was communicated and to my surprise, I received a call from their billing dept early in the morning stating the technician is at the property and they can't move without the full payment. No earlier communication about time... Ok fine take the money and finish the inspection..but to my surprise, they did not send any inspection report, after multiple emails and phone call they told me they can't get hold of the technician who visited the property and them only able to send me when he appears...

The next day they send me an email in the mail body it was written 4 tiles broken and $135($95inspection + 3 tiles cost) amount will cost to repair and there were no other issues. They did not bother to check the mud cap, Underlining roof condition, holes, ridge layer, etc etc, when I questioned those they revert stating the expert technician missed to check all those information since he was a new joiner. How on earth a technician missed checking all those basic information.

Now after tons of communication their customer relationship manager said we will do another inspection, Now the broken tiles Number increased to 6 and they found mud cap missing, etc. now the $$$ value increased.

Now it's time to fix 6 tiles and mud cap... they went fixed the issue received a mail from billing dept, stating all completed.
next day I visited the property to my surprise the All their expert did not at all find out the very first ridge tile is hanging and mud cap is missing.. how can an expert miss this.. when after two inspections you found the issue and the photographs were given to you guys...Are you guys at all serious about your work?

After discussion, they told me it is again a miss from their end and they will send another expert to apply mud cap. Are your guys at all take your work seriously..how utter unprofessional you guys are.. it took them 4 visits to fix 6 tiles and mud cap.

Long story short RUN away from diversified roofing this was my first ever interaction with any roofing company and Diversified roofing failed to provide at least a minimum quality work, My be you guys are good at somewhere but in my opinion you guys suck.

Travis was recommended on the Nextdoor app. I was either needing repairs or a new roof but had a tough time getting anyone out. Called on a Saturday and thought I was going to be leaving a message but Travis actually answered the phone. Explained my situation and sent him photos. Told him no hurry a week out would be fine if they were busy. The following Monday Turner came out and then called me to explain what he saw and sent me more pictures. Yes they could repair but as I have seen several other issues and my home is 17 years old so I decided to replace it. Not knowing the roofing business or their lingo, I had several questions in regards to the quote. I called Turner several times and he was very polite and answered them professionally. We had the roof done a couple of months ago and am very pleased with the work. Would highly recommend Travis & Turner at Nextgen Coating & Roofing Systems.

Pouring down rain and roof is leaking. They sent someone immediately to put a tarp on. The followup to determine the problem and make repairs was prompt and professional. They kept me advised with phone calls and photos throughout. Very pleased.

So grateful for Joe and his crew at Circle G Roofing. My client was in need of roof repair. Joe was amazing. I contacted Joe last night, and he made it out to the property this morning. He did a complete inspection and provided a fair quote. I highly recommend him and his crew. They are honest, hardworking and really good at what they do. The Express Roofing team did an excellent job on our tired 1987 roof which included some repairs as well as a reroof. They started on the day they said they would and kept us in the loop the whole time. Would definitely recommend the folks at Express Roofing.
