I would like to tell you what a great service Scott Roofing Co. did for us. They saved us some major water damage and I highly recommend!

We had TSM Roofing come out for some pre-sale inspection items on our roof. He had great communication, came out the next day, and took care of all the items for an extremely reasonable price.

I own a business and appreciate it when other business owners have the same work ethic as we promote in our company.

I called a couple of different companies to get quotes on replacing our back patio roof that was ripped off during a storm. RENCO was the only one who called to verify appt, showed up on time, did proper measurements and had the quote back to me in a timely manner, and the whole job was done for the original quoted price. The installer was on time an did a great job. They really were easy to work with from beginning to end. Would highly recommend them

We have a flat foam roof. After being disappointed with our previous roofing company, we asked for competitive bids to resurface our foam roof last year (2021). We selected Mikku & Sons Roofing to do the work and glad we did. Josh and Devin arrived on time for scheduled appointments and all work was done to our satisfaction.
No leaks, even after above-average rainfall. We recommend Mikku & Sons to all of our friends and neighbors.

Couple of bumps along the way but overall a positive experience.

We had a major leak in our flat top patio roof the end of 2019 and Travis and his team were able to get us taken care of with a brand new roof within 48 hours (during a major storm). We've since had the tiniest leak (not sure what is causing this) and Travis again responded immediately, was out within 24 hours added silicone paint to reseal any possible cracks underneath the sheeting. Travis and Tuner have been so helpful and so responsive even with follow up after the work was done. I highly recommend their services!

Very happy with the service, didn't take the crew long to strip and replace the whole roof. Definitely using this company in the future, highly recommended.

I was driving on E. Southern Ave. And Ellsworth when one of your drivers was heading into the turn lane with no turn signal. If I didn't break hard he would have just hit me and pushed me into the curb. As we reached the turn onto Ellsworth he still did not have his turn signal on as he continued on his way. Please talk to your employees on safety while driving on the road.

I just had an opportunity to have a long conversation with Joe, the owner of Circle G Roofing. He's an extremely knowledgeable contractor with a wealth of experience. I was most impressed with the fact he is also a full-time preacher. Good people. Great company. Highly recommended!

Worst sales behavior I have experienced in years, worse than a time share presentation. My time, patience, and ears were all violated No means no, regardless of my home value or what I can afford your product was 2 to 3x more expensive than similar contractors and all of your attempts to lower the price are nothing more than prearranged stages of reducing an inflated, outrageous price. The idea of selling a home out of state as a sales comment that I can afford the roof should never have been said, even with financing as an option why would I be paying for a roof monthly for many, many years after a 20k initial payment that pays off any other quote I have from licensed roofers? We do not need to talk as mentioned below as the forms of advertising the likeness of my home were all part of the planned presentation when I choked on the first price quote of 46k for a shingle roof when my other quotes were 14.5, 16.2 and 19k . The talk you need to have is not with me but with your sales team and your pricing department.

Working is really goods

It was a difficult process finding a roofing company that we felt we could trust and feel comfortable working with to replace our roof. We decided to go with Express Roofing after being referred to them by another company, their five star reviews and after several conversations with Jeremy. We were provided with a full and accurate quote with no hidden costs. We appreciate that they replaced everything that they said they would and did not add on any additional costs after the fact. They use superior quality materials and provide a better warranty than the other companies we received quotes from. Rene took the time to go over the different steps of the project with us in person, via photos and video and we learned a lot in the process. Rene and his crew did a great job and they were very professional. Jenna was also very helpful. We are very happy we chose the Express Roofing family business. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company.

I did business with Collum Roofing a few years back for my business and even then I felt the service was a little questionable but I'm a busy man so I moved on. I contacted them 7 weeks ago and left a message with their phone attendant and have since left 5 other messages with the same individual. Now, I do not blame her because she was forwarding the messages but Mike was deciding not to return them either because it was a possible warranty repair or because he just has poor follow through. I finally received an email address I could use to reach out in email form and I received a response back that showed a total lack of concern and Mike showed me waiting 7 weeks meant nothing to him. He never once apologized and his responses were short. I am a business owner myself and this is only the second time in my life I have gone to social media to voice my thoughts but the total disregard has pushed me to put this out there. There are many people out there that are fueled by drama so complaining is a norm but for me it takes a whole lot for me to go to this length. I will never do business with this company again and I would recommend others to think twice before using their services.
