We were putting the roof on during the monsoon and they were great at scheduling us in very quickly and making sure the job was done in a timely manner and at a great price. I had a walk-deck repaired/redone by RENCO. First of all, there aren't that many companies who do walk-deck repairs. Second, if they don't use the proper process (I recommend the Pli-Dek system), then you'll be having it redone in fairly short order.

From the 3 bids I received they were in the middle. A price I feel was fair for the very high quality work they did.

One of the many inspectors or such dropped by my door to sell me in a roof inspection due to damage caused by the October 2018 storms. I normally don't buy into solicitations/salesmen nor do I put up with them (looking at you Cameron), but I went ahead and let them inspect and they found damage enough to warrant what they believed to be a new roof. My insurer and their inspectors had to battle it out and determined to replace my roof. I figured it'd be a good time to get this done before I get my solar panels later in July.

During the process I had very helpful and attentive points of contact throughout the entire process. They were very responsive to my questions. However, the initial crew that was sent to do the job were not any of those things. This crew had an issue with showing up on the correct days and actually doing the work properly. A 1.5 day job turned into 5 days, for example, and instead of calling to tell me that they need to reschedule, they never did work on the scheduled day. Note that the scheduled day was good for me because I work from home on that day. This was frustrating, but they did show up the next day to start the work. I'm not sure what the issue was with the crew, but they seemed to be very uncoordinated and rushed. They didn't bring the crane they needed for AC twice and another point of contact tried her best to figure out what their problem was in showing back up to resolve some of the remaining parts of the job. I did come home the final day to see the job finished, but they had left such a mess with everything that it unfortunately increased my disappointment with them. It was at this point I knew I had to push back my solar installation.

Frank showed up to do the final inspection, which I'm not surprised he found issues with the job right away. He ensured that he would make sure the crew came back, fix all of the issues, and overall do the right thing. That's exactly what happened. Frank went above and beyond to make sure that the work was going to be completed correctly and every outstanding issue resolved. Because of his attention to detail and ethic, it's nice to know that my roof is now in good shape for my upcoming solar installation and that any issues I may come across, he'll be there to make sure things are taken care of.

Had to reschedule 5 times. Kept giving excuses. It just shows that they are not professional. I wouldn't waste time.

I have a 20-year old 2-story house with a barrel-tiled gabled roof. Two of the upstairs rooms in the house have flat roofs above them, and both of those rooms had leaks. The roof portion that was gabled wasn't leaking, but considering the age of the house, I decided to replace it all. Kevin gave me an estimate and explained that they would remove the tile, strips, etc and go down to bare plywood, seal up any perforations, and then put a new underlayment down. They installed flashings, and furring strips , re-used the existing tiles (replacing any that were broken or cracked). They finished the entire thing in 4 or 5 days, and cleaned up the debris and hauled it away. Right after they finished the job, we had several straight days of October rain. I did not get any water in the house where the previous leaks existed so now I'm confident that it was well worth choosing Almeida Roofing. I'm very happy with their transferrable guarantee so that once I sell the house, the new owners can rest easy over their remaining portion of the 10 years.

They went above and beyond to help answer any questions we had, and since it was our first time dealing with a roof replacement you can imagine all the questions we had for them. Had an excellent experience with Capstone Roofing. I was referred to Capstone for work to my tile roof by a general contractor who felt my needs were beyond his scope of experience. I was looking for a company to come out and give my roof a once over, replace any cracked tiles, reset any slipped tiles, and redo all the deteriorated mortar packs as the various ridges. Their crew of three came out on time and got right to work. They did an excellent job of matching the existing tile color and were cleaned up after themselves well, taking care of small spots where mortar had fallen to the ground as they were redoing the mortar packs. The roof is about 20 years old and of the several companies I spoke with, Capstone was the ONLY one interested in helping me perform the needed maintenance to get the most remaining life from my existing roof. EVERY other company I quoted for the work saw 20 years old = you automatically need a new roof, here's a quote for $25 K. I have since referred Capstone to others I know who needed similar maintenance done, repairs after monsoon storms, etc with similar results. The Tacheny crew arrived promptly and got to work tearing off our old roof, repaired a couple areas of water damaged OSB and then proceed to install our new roof. They got it done it one day!!! Yes, one day. Now there were alot of guys working and they all worked very cohesively. Our new roof is beautiful and protects us from the elements. The warranty is fantastic too. I would recommend them to anyone needing a total roof replacement and/or repair.

This company did a great job in replacing our roofs for a multi-family community. They are highly knowledgeable and skilled and got the job done on time and on budget. I also want to mention that their customer service and progress reporting went above and beyond any other company that I've worked with in the industry. I will definitely engage them again in the future should I need more roof repairs/replacements!

A job that was supposed to only take around 6 days ended up taking more than four weeks. That was after they realized they put the tiles on UPSIDE-DOWN at about 70% completion. We had to clean up the yard several times ourselves as they just threw waste on the ground and left it there during monsoon season. Now, several weeks after they've been paid, I've been calling every day to get close out documentation. Nobody returns my voice mails (since they won't answer) and no documents received. Probably one of the WORST home repair experiences of my life.

Needed our roof repaired from the hail storm several months ago and this company was the best decision we made! The guys were professional, on-time, completed the job in a timely manner and their clean up was exceptional. They discovered some rotten wood around a vent and repaired it also installed some flashing to ensure we do not have any water damage. Our new roof looks fantastic!
