I hired Allstate to repair a section of our tile roof where there was a leak where my roof met a vertical wall. Given the recent rains, I had to wait for about 3 weeks to fit into their schedule, but the crew arrived on time and took care of most of the work in a single day. The owner of the business originally came to look at the job and give me an estimate, and showed me why their work was likely superior to other roofing contractors. The on-site supervisor checked the work when the crew finished and he had the crew make some changes because he felt they were necessary to ensure a tight seal. The on-site supervisor (Brad) worked very hard to make sure I was happy with the solution before he let the crew finish. I was very pleased with the final outcome and the 10-year warranty on the workmanship. Allstate was not my lowest bid, but I believe in the long run they will be worth the difference in price.

Who ever drives your company truck with the license plate CCAB431 is a very inconsiderate driver I watched them speed up and cut off a vehicle trying to merge on to the interstate when there was plenty of room for them to merge into the left lane and not have to cut them off. Inconsiderate and not safe driving

Debbie, a Brown Roofing employee, was very responsive answering all of my questions before and after the roofing process. Debbie demonstrated a welcomed level of professionalism throughout the entire process despite my nagging emails :)

I had the opportunity to be at home during the roofing process. The roofing crew took the time to answer my questions even though I disrupted them on several occasions. Despite my many interruptions, they completed the project earlier than expected.

Replaced the roof .. first took off the old, creating the new on-site to fit, and cleared out all the debris. Project lead was friendly and professional. It seemed like everyone worked well together. Warranty their work (they were unsure about the skylight, and there was a leak the first rain, but they came right out and fixed it. No issues since.)

We redid our house roof. The workmanship was top notch. The team completed the job in the agreed time period. Anything we needed, the team came through for us.

Rick and his team replaced an old tile roof with metal and wrapped our worn out wood fascia with metal and did a fantastic job! The did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would do it, for the price I was quoted, despite a few adjustments along the way. Super responsive and pleasant to deal with!! Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or refer them to anyone.

Had a house inspection need to get some tiles fixed quickly. I called them explaining my situation they came out as soon as possible and fix the problem probably. Thank you for the professionalism.

If this is a sign of things to come, I'll be back! And recommend as well. Capstone employee was on time...courteous..honest...and fixed a tile that had lifted for free. All within 15-20 minutes. Good job!

The owner was my roof salesman and did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. There was no high pressure and he gave good service. I would recommend this company and the owner to any of my friends.

Very professional and reliable on time

I recently used pinnacle roofing to replace he underlayments on my roof. The job itself appears to be well done, however they left a mess behind when they were done despite the contract stating that they were responsible for cleaning up all debris.

As background, I was scheduled to have our roof done in mid July, however pinnacle called me in late June to see if I’d be interested in having them come early. I was going to be on vacation was assured it was no problem as they did not need to access the house.

The mess started they day before I left for vacation which was the first day they started working. After work, I came home to find our pool filled with debris and nails that could’ve wrecked the pool cleaner. When I called pinnacle to explain the issue and my concern given that I’d be out of town, they told me that the pool should’ve been tarped and that they would take care of it.

I returned home from vacation after the job was complete. I immediately found ~10 large nails in the driveway that could’ve easily wrecked my truck tires. I also walked to the backyard to find all of our plants dead and the pool water dangerously low. I later discovered that the water to the house had been shut off while I was gone and not turned back on.

I called pinnacle about this and while they did come out to inspect the quality of the roof work itself, I received no apology for the nails or the water being turned off. Instead I was told that they didn’t turn the water off to the house and that it must have been someone else despite them being the only ones at the house that week. When I asked to be refunded for the $200 we paid to replace the dead plants, they would only credit $100 (this was a $12k project). Their lack of accountability to the sloppy cleanup job by their team makes me think this is a common experience with this crew. If I were to do this job again I would use a different company.

Had to reschedule the consultation walk-through. Very happy Tim accommodated to do it the following day. Durafoam is competent, reliable and has outstanding work ethic. Post-foam layout was beyond my expectation - very clean and sharp lines with no over spray to off-limit areas.

Made broken promises

Steve and his crew were great to work with -- Luis and Julio are skilled craftsmen who carefully replaced our broken tiles. They even sourced more product in the perfect terra cotta color when it turned out that extra tiles were needed. Being on a quick time frame, I really appreciated how Ready Roofing always showed up on schedule, and Steve went out of his way to find us a slot that got our job finished on time.

Selling our home and an inspector claimed there was a roof leak.
ARR were quick to schedule an appointment and come out.
Alan came out and was straightforward and honest after inspecting the roof in saying there is not a problem with the roof. Clearly explained why. Very easy to work with. Extremely fair in his pricing for a roof inspection.
