Canyon State Roofing did an excellent job replacing the underlayment on my tile roof. From the beginning, meeting with Jim to see which option of roofing material worked best for us, to working with his foreman, Miguel who began and completed the job, was a pleasant experience. They were professional and courteous. Jim explained our options and answered all of our questions. Miguel and his team cleaned up daily…….we never knew they had been at the house, except for the changes you could see on the roof. We were kept up to date with the process. Needed our roof repaired from the hail storm several months ago and this company was the best decision we made! The guys were professional, on-time, completed the job in a timely manner and their clean up was exceptional. They discovered some rotten wood around a vent and repaired it also installed some flashing to ensure we do not have any water damage. Our new roof looks fantastic! Our 25 year-old home needed tile roof maintenance to avoid potential water damage by monsoon rains. We went out and solicited total of 4 bids which had varied details to consider. DCR had lower price and did not charge extra for tiles that needed to be replaced. Work began and finished in 4 days. We are happy with the job they did.

Like many here in the valley, we needed quick and professional roof assessment and repair after record rains in Oct. We were very satisfied with Daryl's quick response, assessment, price to repair or replace, and his team's expedience in performing the repair. Next up, entire roof replacement. Our intent is to contract with In-Ex Designs for that project, as well.
