This is my second experience with Allstate roofing. My confidence in this company is so high that I didn't even receive a competitive bid. Just called, received quote, 2 weeks later had a new roof. The roofers are very courteous and my wife felt very safe dealing with them alone. Roof was done in a very timely manner with the highest degree of workmanship. When the job was complete there was not a single trace left behind, all nails, screws and roofing materials were picked up and disposed of.

Joe Fox and his coworker were very polite, explained the issues and fixed the roof leak in a very timely manner.. They cleaned up the area of debris and sealed the scupper area after repair. Thank you! Would highly recommend these guys again!

Great service! We just used Ky-Ko to do some repairs to our roof after a pretty bad storm. They were responsive on getting us a quote. Quote was reasonable (we received other quotes too), the crew turned up when they said they would and were quite efficient on getting the job done. Cleaned up the area when they were done. Thomas was a great crew chief as were everyone else I talked with.

Very good crews good supervision too. It was a pleasure too see the final project. I would recommend them to my frien ds and neighbors. Got us in early and was completed quickly and done right

This roofing service company did a wonderful job in re-roofing the damaged areas of my house. They spared time for proper inspection and answered my various questions before getting on with the work. Home Inspector identified stains on eaves after recent heavy rain. Recommended an expert inspect for leaks. Alex (manager) was very courteous and made me feel very comfortable about their inspection process. Their technician Chris inspected the roof and repaired flashing. He was very kind and honest with his inspection in which he detected no leaks. This company has INTEGRITY with TRUST!

Jack was knowledgeable and explained everything. He did all he said he would do on my roofs and more. I am very pleased with the results. Should I need any remodeling/repairs in the future, Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling would be the One I would call.

I had contacted several companies to get quotes to redo my entire house roof after the storms demolished my porch roofing. Capstone came out the next day, and I got my estimate the following day. Another company didn't even show up for my estimate, and two other companies were about 2K more expensive than my Capstone quote. Obviously I went with Capstone. They were quick to respond to my questions, on time, quality materials, quality work, and they did a good clean-up job after. I highly recommend Capstone if you are looking for a new roof.

*UPDATE 9/6/22*
Changed to 3 star. After speaking with the new customer service manager who reached out to us, they apologized for their previous response and sent out a team to do a thorough inspection of the roof and they will be sending a company out to fix the inside drywall damage.

*UPDATE 8/7/22* we are still dealing with the terrible workmanship of this company. In addition to the section that wasn’t sealed properly, there was another section that had a saw mark straight through the underlayment and into the wood. Hopefully, they’ll do the right thing and do a complete inspection to identify any other problem areas under the tiles.

Very disappointed in the responses I've gotten from their customer service. Diversified did the roof on my new build that was completed in 2018 and already in 2021 there is a leak due to a section of the roof not being sealed properly. First of all, to only respond that they will charge $95 to inspect and that I'm out of warranty and offer no other explanation when I submitted pictures to them is completely unprofessional. Second, since I had another LISCENSED company come out and do an estimate to repair their mistake, they say that even if I was under warranty, it would now be void. I will not be using this company again and will not refer anyone else to them either.

The owner and his crew were amazing. Professional throughout the whole process and made me feel comfortable and cared for. The workers worked clean and kept me informed of any issues that came up and all were very nice. The owner kept the process painless for me and communicated everything in a manor that was professional and kind. I highly recommend this company and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Great now that they have a new branch manager this is a outstanding company to have the honor to work with or for the pay is worth it and their safety record is flawless.

Wow! What an absolutely amazing company that truly goes above and beyond for their community! There was a kitten stuck on a roof and after calling multiple rescues, the fire department, and even fire halls (we even attempted get the cat down but lacked equipment to do so), my friend and I started calling roofing companies. Ramon Lopez, the GM of this business, brought his personal truck, and helped get the kitten down from the roof. He absolutely refused to accept any form of payment so we are coming into here to say THANK YOUR RAMON. If he's this amazing for his community and puts this much effort into saving a kitten, I can only imagine how amazing he is at his job. Hire this company for any and all roofing needs because this man just showed how amazing they are!

Alan was very professional and easy to work with! We called to have our roof looked at since we had loose tiles with some not even attached correctly to the roof (our house is only 6 years old). He quickly came out and gave us a quote and had it done in a very reasonable amount of time.
