Dustin was my third and best quote. We’ll the old saying save the best for last was true here. From start to finish I felt like Dustin was not just trying to sell me a new roof but wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied now and in the future. Detrick came out yesterday morning and power washed the flat part of our roof. He arrived on time again today to put a coating on since it was due to have that done. The problem was last night we had a major dust storm with lots of wind and we have a pine tree in both the front and back of our condo. Our courtyard was full of pine needles so I thought it might need to be power washed again.

Detrick went up to look and said he could blow it, sweep it and he had other things to clean the roof as I didn't want a new layer of foam on top of all the pine needles. He got all the pine needles and cones off and then was able to re-coat the flat roof today as scheduled.

Derrick arrived on time, was polite and explained what he was going to do. He then showed me photos of the finished product. He said someone would be out to inspect his work before final payment was due. Apparently Renco Roofing wants to make sure the job was satisfactory before paying in full, which was very reassuring.

In 2014 we were doing a remodel and in the middle of it, our roof began to leak really badly. It ended up that we needed to replace the flat roof completely and they re-coated the other part of the roof.

Last year when Renco came out to inspect our roof, they patched it and told me I could go another year before re-coating the flat part. This year Lars reminded me of what he said last year and so I went ahead with his recommendation.

Our contractor recommended Renco Roofing and we have been happy with their work. They arrive on time and give a fair price. I have had no leaks since they have been caring for our roof.

Amazing! The people, especially Mike, are fabulous. They gave us an estimate in a day's time. It was not the highest or the lowest of our quotes. They took pics of all the issues. The roof replacement was done on time and the communication throughout the process was wonderful. They even helped organized the removal and replacement of the solar with an outside business. This is a very tough job, especially in AZ heat. These people worked very hard and provided pics of the finished project. It looks great! I would recommend them for your roof replacement.

Pat arrived promptly on time, a few minutes early truth be told. He could not have been more helpful and professional. He climbed on my roof and said almost immediately, Want to save a bunch of money? He then proceeded to point out that I simply needed to clean out some accumulated debris that had collected in area that drains off my roof. While on my roof he also reattached a couple of corner tiles that had fallen off during the recent storms. I'm not sure I ever had a more honest and helpful contractor at least well within recent memory. While I hope I never need their services, if the time ever comes again, I will begin and end my search for a roofing contractor with Pat Stapleton. Highly recommend!!!

The crew was very clean and professional, kept my yard/pool super clean and picked up after themselves which I really appreciated! I ask them to kindly to be careful with a camera cable and they did not unplug, instead worked around it without damaging and I was very thankful for that.

There is good service, there is great service and then there is Tacheny Exterior service!! I worked for an employer whose main focus was client service for 10 years... so I know all about exceptional service. Unfortunately in this world client service is not a focus. That isn’t the case with Tacheny exteriors. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier. Cheers to a dying breed!!

Just leave their vehicles in inconvenient places and employees are reluctant to move regardless of the space they are taking up.

I was facing a deadline because of a inspection report and a house sale and these guys came through big-time the next day. They are licensed professionals who do excellent work and pay attention to customer service. They run a business that provides the proper paperwork as well. Had to reschedule the consultation walk-through. Very happy Tim accommodated to do it the following day. Durafoam is competent, reliable and has outstanding work ethic. Post-foam layout was beyond my expectation - very clean and sharp lines with no over spray to off-limit areas.
