Best Maintenance Work in Phoenix AZ

We were out of town when a high wind partially twisted our roof wind turbine off. We called TSM roofing from our of state on a friend’s recommendation. They promptly checked the condition of the roof and replaced our turbine. We were informed promptly of needs and appropriate repairs were made. I’ll keep their info in my contacts for future use.

Austin is a great guy. He came on short notice and checked my roof out for me. One roofer told me I needed a completely new roof. Austin came and did a courtesy inspection and told me my roof was in excellent condition I just need to replace my boots. I’ll definitely use Precision Roofing LLC if I ever need anything else. I recommend these guys to everyone. They’re honest and affordable

Noticed a wet spot on bathroom ceiling after storm the previous night.Jay came out and reattached a vent that had been dislodged from strong winds from the day before. He was up on the roof for about 10 minutes and came and told me that would solve the leaking problem. I was amazed because two other companies came and gave me estimates of 700 to 1400 dollars to fix the problem.

With a small job, often it can be difficult to find a contractor who will follow through! I contacted Tacheny through Yelp because I wanted the roof inspected on my three year old home. After visits and bids from three firms, we decided to choose Tacheny. Jim, the salesperson who came out and took pictures, provided a competitive bid for a few broken tiles and flashing that needed to be reattached.
Jim was actually the same person who returned later after securing matching tiles and, in the sweltering AZ heat, replaced the broken tiles and made sure the flashing was put back in place. I have already recommended them for an inspection to neighbors and I'm glad to have done business with them!

The owner came and inspected our roof after having a home inspection for the sale of our home. We needed someone to come quickly as we had a closing date approaching and he came out, gave me all the information of what needed to be fixed and came back in two days to complete the work. Wow! What an absolutely amazing company that truly goes above and beyond for their community! There was a kitten stuck on a roof and after calling multiple rescues, the fire department, and even fire halls (we even attempted get the cat down but lacked equipment to do so), my friend and I started calling roofing companies. Ramon Lopez, the GM of this business, brought his personal truck, and helped get the kitten down from the roof. He absolutely refused to accept any form of payment so we are coming into here to say THANK YOUR RAMON. If he's this amazing for his community and puts this much effort into saving a kitten, I can only imagine how amazing he is at his job. Hire this company for any and all roofing needs because this man just showed how amazing they are!
