Best Commercial Flat Roofs in Phoenix AZ

Got started on the job pretty quickly, within about a week, the production crew were friendly. The construction supervisors were very nice and informative, and quick to get in touch with you, about any issues, i.e. like needing to postpone because of inclement weather.

Spent $25000 to have the roof redone. We have more leaks now than before. New storm, new leak! Fixing the leak a week after you call, is the only consolation.

I would highly recommend Ky-Ko. They cleaned up each night and the project was completed in time and no surprise charges.

If my review of Lyons Roofing reads like a love letter, it should. When you find the best, they deserve your praise.
I came to Lyons by research, after firing our prior Roofer and having an utter mess of a leaking, ponding flat roof with many issues. Lyons was so busy that I had to wait months for them to be able to quote my job and take on my project. It was worth every minute of the wait.
From Katherine in the office, to Ananda in scheduling, to my on site estimator Terry, to my Foreman Jeff and to the hard working crews who completely tore off, rebuilt and refoamed my roof... there are not enough words for your competence, professionalism, constant contact, pride in your company and your jobs and for the care you took of me and my home. Respectful, competent and complete. The job was violent in its tear off, tricky from prior incompetence and nerve wracking. But Lyons always does it right. They have roofed other neighbor's homes as well and everyone raves about them. There are so many reasons they have the incredible reputation they do. I am so grateful to them and love knowing I have a wonderfully sound and solid roof over my head. You couldn't ask for a better roofing company.

Called a bunch of roofing companies and got multiple estimates. By far America Roofing was the most knowledgeable and experienced out of all of them. You can tell that Jason (the guy that came out) was highly experienced in roofing, honest and very upfront about everything. I would highly recommend America Roofing for any roof repairs, roof inspections or new roofing services.

I asked Mikku and Sons for a roof installation for our home. They did a great job! I was really impressed when I saw the result. During one of this years storms, we noticed that one of our roof tiles on the corner of our house had fallen off. We contacted Almeida based on the number of positive reviews. This proved to be a very costly mistake.

On the day that the estimator arrived, it was pouring down rain so he was unable to actually get on our roof at all. He looked at the spot where the missing tile was, and put up his ladder to try and see if there was any other damage without actually getting on the roof. He stated that since he was not able to actually get on our roof to assess the damage, he would add extra tiles and materials to our quote incase they are needed, since materials were in short supply. With the extra materials he added, it came to $650 with the understanding that this was only a guesstimate. He advised us that when the tech arrived to do the work and could actually get on the roof, he would assess what actually needed replaced and would adjust the quote accordingly.

When the tech arrived, he knocked on the door to tell me they were getting started, and then informed me when they were finished and leaving. He was here for approximately 35 minutes. When I received the final bill, it was the exact same estimate, from the person who couldn't even get on our roof to do an inspection.

We called Almeida since this was concerning. We asked for details on what was actually repaired, which they stated they only fixed what was on the original estimate. We tried to explain the the original estimate was only a guesstimate since he could not even get on our roof to do an inspection. We never received any pictures, or details about what was actually replaced. The only tile we actually saw that was broken, was one tile on the corner of our house.

We were never able to receive ANY details on what was actually fixed for our $650, other than the single tile that was broken. I also now have to hire and pay a completely separate roofing company to assess if there is any remaining damage, and to double check what was actually done by Almeida.

I am really thankful for Castile Roofing. They’re responsive, professional and give the best consulting and advice for the situation.

We had minor roof damage due to a microburst on January 25. We noticed some loose tiles on the roof so we called Clyde Hardacker and asked for an inspection. He came out the next day and inspected our roof. He found no problem as the tiles were from our neighbors. He did find some roof tip shingles loose so he replaced them right on the spot. The charge was minimal. He has done previous work for us, by replacing flat roof top on our patio and front door overhang. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future. It was a fortunate decision indeed to have these good folks re roof my house that I built 35 years ago. From salesman through all the other good men that made my roof whole again and looking better than when I built it,

Whoever was driving truck 934 today in phoenix on I10 needs a driving lesson, or revoked license. The guy is zipping in and out of heavy traffic, no signal, on his phone the whole time. Way too dangerous. We drive a large truck and felt as though he should cut close in front of us. Not a good image for your company.

This company was doing my neighbors roof in February. Needing a repair the crew came over to evaluate the problem. ( they do have a knowledgeable crew chief). After that it was frustrating dealing with Joel and the company. I made several calls and emails requesting the quote and roofing samples but no response, or no show for items requested. I finally reached Joel and was told the repair would be done by the end of the week, I was never scheduled. By the end of June, I was tired of waiting and trying to contact them. They did me a favor. I found another roofing company, who came out promptly to evaluate the problem and it was fixed in a week. If you have to beg a company to do a job, and you have a problem after the work was done, would the lack of response be the same , my guess is yes!
