I have now used West Ward Jr., owner of The Electric Company of Texas, twice, once for an installation (see review below), and a second time for electrical repairs. After watching him work on these two jobs, I am an even bigger fan of his professionalism, expertise, and very timely response to my electrical problems. As I said in my review below, Ward is young, but he is really good at his profession, and I give him the highest marks for his work. He is now my go to electrician.I needed an electrician on short notice to replace an electric tankless hot water heater in our home. Being the day after Thanksgiving, I anticipated a low probability of finding a qualified electrician that could provide same day service. Although West, the owner, only had two reviews on Google, I liked what I read, and subsequent conversations with him indicated he was going to be the kind of business man that I like to work in my home. He is young, but don't let his age deceive you. He arrived on time, worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I have seen enough electricians in my life to recognize excellent performance after 5 minutes of watching him work. We will certainly use him the next time I need electrical work on our home, and highly recommend him. He will not disappoint you.I

Chuck is a prompt and knowledgeable Electrician. My wife and I feel comfortable with him being in our home in Spring Branch. He did great work for a reasonable price. Will definitely use him again.

We had Jason come out to install and new kitchen sink and fix the plumbing that was done incorrectly. Also we had him replace an exterior door. He was done with the sink and plumbing within a day and it looks great. Very conscientious and nice to work with.

Republic Sign & Lighting delivered prompt professional service. I have called a few different sign companies but no follow through. After three years I decided to give it another try. Republic Sign visited me the same day to give me an estimate. They were on it. The difference is, not only did they FOLLOWED THROUGH but got my sign to light up. We lost power in the middle of the night and SRP was responsive and helped us through the night so we can get the repair the next day. Sure enough they repaired our panel and replaced the main 100 breaker in no time. Will definitely use then again.

James was wonderful. He moved things around to help me. Another company dropped the ball on an installation and James flew to the rescue. In the process of the repair he found a serious issue that he immediately attended to. I can sleep much better knowing that my home is now safe for me and my girls. Thank you James. Great company to work with! We had an issue with about 8 outlets in the lower part of the house, and turns out all the wiring was poorly put together. Dawson Electric came by same day, on time, fixed the multiple issues and got all our outlets working perfectly. Very friendly, professional, Highly recommend!
