Aaron was super helpful in the planning and execution of all phases of electrical work for my newly constructed kitchen. He and his team are friendly and willing to accommodate changes along the way, even if it meant rework. He and Kayden worked well in conjunction with other contractors on site to coordinate the work. We tried contacting this company on a Saturday. To their credit, somebody did respond to us, but only through text message. We relayed what service we liked and asked if they were available to work on the weekend. We received a cold response of We will never work on the weekend. That is fine they do not work the weekends, but their response was unprofessional and off-putting. It could have been communicated much more courteously and professionally. With that said, we will not attempt to work with this company in the future.

Arron and team were five stars -- prompt, great communication, answered all of my questions, and very knowledgeable. A very professional team. They even handled a neighbor with grace and courtesy. We highly recommend them for your projects!

Arranged a time to come and repair electrical outlet. I waited during the time window. Nobody showed up. Followed up with a text, no reply. Ghosted!I guess ‘no job too small’ doesn’t apply to these guys. It had been nice of them to let me know instead of wasting my time!

Very happy with Aaron and his team. We recently purchased the home we'd been renting for 7 years - which had been a rental for years before us - that still had a lot of original finishes and wiring. Since we expect to do some updating over the next few years, we engaged several companies to come take a look, knowing we'd need to upgrade our panel. Walking the property, in and out, in full face masks, I knew Masella Electric was the one. We talked about all the projects we were considering, related to electrical, and had some special needs to consider. Aaron walked us through prioritizing everything and after deciding what to tackle first, he still came out in the same ballpark as everyone else, BUT included so much more work, including helping us hang our new ceiling fans all over the house. Given that we were working/schooling from home during COVID, his team was careful, nice, respectful, and responsive. Do yourself a favor and choose these guys for your next job. Top quality work and professionals! We had sold our house in October and scheduled a panel replacement with Aaron and his team during that time. Due to COVID-19, SDG&E had delayed their inspection for three months. Massella had continued to follow up on my behalf and kept me updated the entire time. I contacted 5 electrical companies to bid on my home project. 3 responded. I have been a Facilities Engineer for 40 years and have worked with many contractors. Two of the responding contractors both started telling me everything that they would have to do and brushed off my questions and suggestions. This is a major alarm bell for me. Massella was just the opposite. They worked with me and for a very reasonable price. Excellent folks to do business with. I highly recommend them.

Aaron and James both are very prompt in responding and diligent about the work. I used them to install recessed lights and chandelier and replace all the existing outlets and switches. They were very punctual about the work hours and never were late. They cleaned up everyday after they finished the work. They know the work they do and I would definitely recommend them.

I had a customer who needed a fan swap and 2 kitchen gfi’s that stopped working. Once he had the job in hand, he sent over a bid for the job and was able to complete the work in a timely manner.
