Dawson electric recently hooked up some extra power for my jacuzzi and they did an amazing job! Fast and efficient!

I am really grateful to Rick for being helpful and accommodating. We were able to complete the project on the day that it was scheduled because they were able to deliver the job even if it was on short notice. They did a great job in disconnecting our generator. Rick came out and repaired the breaker switch at the outside panel. It would not reset and since our home is 100% electric, we had absolutely no use of any appliances indoors. He was courteous, professional and gave us options. Would recommend!

Great service. We will definitely use this company again! We called them and they came out the very next day. A part was needed to repair our issue but they were able to get it in less than 24hrs. They were informative and transparent every step of the way.

Dawson Electric came through big for me on Saturday. The power went out in my client's home Friday night. I called around and no one was available. I got ahold of Dawson Saturday. They immediately sent someone out. The quickly diagnoses the problem; old burnt wires. They replaced the wires and got the power restored promptly. Both my client and I were stoked. I'm using Dawson now for other client's electrical needs.

I worked with Rick from Dawson Electric. He was very professional and responsive. I requested an electric diagnostic for electric heaters that weren't working. Rick was able to get the diagnostic done on the same day. After the diagnostic, he gave us a fair quote to replace our in-wall electric heaters. Great company to work with! We had an issue with about 8 outlets in the lower part of the house, and turns out all the wiring was poorly put together. We had an electrical emergency, we lost power to part of our house. No breakers tripped, all GFI were on. Dawson Electric responded same day, isolated the issue and repaired the issue in about an hour. Pricing was fair especially for an emergency call and repair. I would use this business again and strongly recommended them.

I moved to a commercial kitchen and needed individual electrical outlets to support a few appliances. The price was reasonable and work was completed on time.

Fixed the electrical outlet problem but now the switch does not work, this was not the best solution. A bit pricey for the work completed.

Dawson Electric is a lifesaver. We had an issue with about 6 outlets (2 bedrooms out of 4 upstairs last Monday night, 24OCT2022 and turns out 1 of 6 outlets needs to be replaced due to faulty wirings as well as loose wiring from the main circuit breaker. Very professional and knowledgeable with electric systems, Rick from Dawson Electric came the same night, on time. Fixed the multiple issues and got our outlets working perfectly. He walked me through each of the repairs and the cost as well as even suggested ways to cut down on the cost of the repair that night. This company did a power reset for me. I was charged $2800. I have no problem paying for work, but even the most expensive companies would have charged $700 for the work. The work was fine, but just the most dishonest guys. It's not personal, I wish they would have been honest.

I highly recommend these guys. I had an old breaker that blew in the evening. Yeah called these guys up and they had a guy that come out at 8pm and he didn’t leave until the job was done. The electrician for Dawson Electric attended to a shortage that prevented my lights and electrical outlets from working in the master bedroom, and upstairs stairway/hall. He had to replace parts of a lighting switch board, an outlet (where he noticed burn marks), another outlet, and a breaker switch. This was six days ago. He did an excellent job, and at the last moment. Very service orientated and an expert. I feel very confident about using him again in the future for any other electrical work. Does a thorough job at explaining the problem, and what needs to be done to correct it.

Rick was first to respond when I requested a quote from multiple companies. He demonstrated his trade meticulously, ensuring the cause of my shorted CFGI outlet was identified and corrected. You see, this outlet was replaced twice within a two year period prior to Rick's visit with previous electricians saying it was the outlet itself that was defective. Come to find out, after Rick performed an assessment on the entire line connected to the outlet that an outdoor light was causing the short. I'm grateful that Rick took the time to check it all.

Not up front about pricing. They said they would put the service fee toward the repair. Then once they did the repair they said they never said that. My husband and I both heard them say it and my husband asked them again just to be clear before hiring them. Service fee was $250.They adamantly denied saying it. They were so incredibly rude. The guy said as yelling at my husband at the top of his lungs.We never give bad reviews. We just move on usually but this company was so awful. Do not lie to people and then yell at customers loud enough over the phone that their kids hear it from another room.The guy we dealt with said his name was Rick George. He would not give us the name of anyone above him that we could speak to.The guy who actually did the work was great though. He worked fast and was very polite.Do NOT trust this company. Or not Rick George anyway, if that’s his real name.In the end we paid $484 for one outlet repair.
