I was using a space heater and lost power to the rooms and bathroom. It was not a breaker so I called SRP as they came highly recommended on Nextdoor. I spoke to Steve and that’s when I learned. He guided me through some steps but we had no success. They came out on time and quickly found the breaker. They installed a new circuit breaker and wire so we can use the heater anytime without having to worry. Professional white glove service at its finest.

Had a drunk driver knock out our power. These guys did everything they could for us as fast as they could. Very polite and friendly staff. Definitely would recommend them if you are in need.

Plugging in two space heaters at the same time turned out to trip two separate circuit breakers. One would reset in the normal way, but the other just wouldn’t reset – whenever I pushed it up and released my finger it would go back down. I’d just assumed that it was physically broken. Rudy was able to immediately identify the problem over the phone and gave me instructions how to set and reset it and some other breakers in the proper order, which amazingly, fixed the problem! These guys know their stuff!

WOW ANTHONY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. I had another electrician out here that wanted to charge $500 to diagnose...... I called SRP and Anthony was able to fix the issue via text messages and photos!! FOR FREE. Literally a life saver. Happy to know there are still good and honest people in the world. Can't recommend SRP and Anthony enough. Ladies...... if you need a man.....

I called, got an appointment right away. Steven came out addressed my issues. Gave me a detailed explanation of what was going on and gave me options of what could be done to fix my electrical issues. You don't need to go any place else.

We lost power in the middle of the night and SRP was responsive and helped us through the night so we can get the repair the next day. Sure enough they repaired our panel and replaced the main 100 breaker in no time. Will definitely use then again.

SRP helped me out so much with my home electrical. I experienced some issues with my electricity with my older home. I found them online, and they had a bunch of good ratings, so I gave them a call. SRP came out to my house very quickly and found the issues almost instantly. They gave me a few different options on how to fix the issue which was nice. My breaker Failed and I had no idea what to do as a new homeowner I felt very stressed out due to the fact I that I called 5 other electrician companies and all of them said they would not be able to come out for a few days thats when I stumbled upon Srp electric the person I spoke too on the phone( probably steve)was very professional and courteous they even walked me through some troubleshooting steps on the phone in case the problem could be solved via phone call after we determined that was not the case SRP sent a electrician out to me within 2 hrs! After calling 5 other companies Who said would be days out they were honestly a godsend.The technician Anthony was very knowledgeable and professional and kept me updated every part of the way I couldn’t be happier…they even cleaned their work area before they left. I have definitely found my go to electricians no runaround no being around the bush just honest good work I loved their process from start to finish.

Outstanding and very professional. Had some electrical issues at our home that after 2 companies came out to try and fix, but couldn't figure out the problems (flickering lights, wall outlet issues and wires that were crossed causing other electrical issues). We had used SRP Electric once before and found them to be not only professional but very knowledgable about old home wiring. Anthony explained everything in detail to us and our tenants.They finished their work when they said they would and we feel price was good for work performed.We would definitely use them again. SRP are the best electricians in San Diego! Called many electricians that kept giving me the run around. This was an extremely stressful and sensitive situation that needed immediate attention. The lights and wifi were going out in the house while the kids were home alone with babysitter and in their distant learning. SRP answered immediately and made me feel at ease as they listened to my urgent concerns. They were extremely knowledgeable and identified the issue over the phone! They came out the same day and sure enough, it was exactly the issue they stated. The main breaker and panel were completely burnt out. Technician was very nice, professional and made it simple for me to understand what my options were to fix it. I see why they specialize in older homes as they are more complex to work with... they were able to rebuild my current box with direct modern parts while other electricians wanted to replace the whole box. So glad I found SRP Electric. They were able to fix an ongoing nightmare that 2 other electricians couldn't fix. They kept me updated the whole time and even cleaned where they where. The two technicians that came were also vaccinated which made me feel better! Thanks SRP, number is saved!

I contacted SRP IN THE EARLY PART OF APRIL 2020; a time when the shelter in place was in place. My house was not having electricity in part of the house due to one tripped circuit SRP electrician came over within an hour. He inspected and restored electricity within a short time. The owner of SRP also called later to ensure the work was satisfactorily and rpofessionally carried out to fix my issue. I am happy to have SRP restored electricity in a safe manner.

Had an outlet that was not functioning. Turned out previous “handyman” we used didn’t wire it correctly. Tech showed up in given window and diagnosed/fixed it super fast.

Very knowledgeable and clean, highly recommend! Steve walked me through simple steps on the phone to make sure it wasn’t something I could reset myself but my issue was more involved. Thank you SRP and staff for all the work done from start to finish. Will use again!

By far the best company I’ve used. We recently moved into a new home that needed a lot done and fixed and there wasn’t one thing they couldn’t handle. Their very professional, hard working and know what their doing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Steve knows his stuff and he's honest too. I called him for a problem I was having with a breaker. Rather than charge me an arm and a leg and try to find something wrong that wasn't necessarily in need of repair, he was kind enough to give me one simple solution to fix the problem - I will be using him as my electrician in San Diego for many years to come! Was having a GFCI problem that was driving me nuts, couldn't figure out what the source of the problem was. Spoke to Steve on the phone who was very helpful and tried to help me troubleshoot. Wasn't able to solve it that way so he sent out Anthony a couple hours later and we cooperatively figured out the cause of the problem. He also gave me some great guidance for what to look out for in the future. Very professional, helpful. Will definitely use again!
