Max installed our Tesla charger at our new home. He went above and beyond to run the wiring in the garage wall instead of using conduit. Very professional and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend using them!

We called Max Electric to help with a buggy electrical issue. The electrician showed up exactly on time, 30 minutes after it was scheduled. It was EXTREMELY bad weather that morning and when I called them, they offered to delay the service call for 30 minutes. That showed me that they are flexible and will work with a client under under unusual circumstances.The electrician surveyed the situation and while in the attic, he did a mental map of the wiring. He then assessed the problem and solved it with SMARTS, not PARTS! He fixed it, not by throwing parts at the problem but by a systematic diagnosis. The mental map of the wiring layout gave him an indication of what to expect inside the house.Repositioning a couple of wires at a wall switch and outlet solved the problem.1) On time.2) Smarts, not Parts!3) Professional, courteous.4) Very efficient use of his time.5) Cost effective.Max Electrical is on my phone for any future needs. Its one of those I home I never need them, but if I do, they are it.

Cole and Daniel came over to give me a quote on adding a couple outlets to a bedroom. After our initial consult, we decided to have them do the work. They were prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and very friendly. We haven't used many electricians, so I have no idea if the value was good, but I would guess it was comparable to other companies. All in all, I thought they were great and will be using them again.

Greg and his team were very responsive and helpful. They did a great job moving a few outlets and switches during our kitchen installation.

These guys are fantastic! This was the second time we have hired them. They were about 2 weeks out for scheduling after the walkthrough, but it rained the very next day so they squeezed us in! Alejandro came when he said he would and hooked us up with a new breaker and a dedicated line to our heater. It worked out great because we were able to use the heater on the coldest night of the Fall so far and we feel safe with the work they did. Priscilla is a pleasure to speak with and Luis is great also. I can't say enough about this company. We will hire them again and refer them to anyone who needs electric work in Austin. I have hired at least three -- maybe four -- electricians since we bought our house four years ago for various issues. Our experience with Bowne has been SO GREAT, relative to any others. Their technicians really know what they are doing, they are excellent problem solvers, they schedule quickly and efficiently and come when they say they will. I was especially impressed with Ray, he is very pleasant and figured out how to wire and hang my exterior speakers which wasn't easy to do. AND they clean up after! So great!
