The service for my electrical needs was exceptional. The team was prompt, professional, and resolved the issues promptly. Their technical expertise and dedication to providing high-quality service were commendable.

Be very careful when you pay a prior payment because they put a small words with “non-refundable” at the bottom of the invoice. They did not work for me and not cooperative to refund even they said they they could refund. We are under dispute about this matter.

Two of the outlets in my bedroom just stopped working unexpectedly. We called RS Electric to come take a look. They were super prompt and very polite when they arrived. They were able to explain the problem very clearly and gave me an excellent quote for the work. We decided to go ahead and have them take care of the problem. They were able to handle it all in about an hour and the price we paid was more than fair for such quick and efficient work. 5 stars!

Excellent service! Mr. Thomas not only did an excellent job but also educated my son and I on not only our heating and cooling system, but also on our home attic fan. I am a single mom who struggles with home repairs because I do not have the knowledge to know what is wrong and how to fix things. Mr. Thomas came out and made me feel secure that I would not be taken advantage of. His pricing is very fair and only fixed what was needed. I highly recommend his service.

We tried to use this business to install a plug for a microwave oven above the stove (and install the microwave), and install plugs and switches throughout the house. They scheduled an afternoon appointment over a week ago and no-showed without a call. Left messages that are still not returned.*******UPDATE*********A person from Aztec Electric responded to this review and indicated that he believed I was in Fort Worth and had not contacted him about electrical work. I can assure everyone here that I had indeed contacted him, and my review stands. I even gave him another opportunity to come back and do the electrical work. I called, he never bothered to call me back, so my review now shows Aztec Electric no-showed me TWICE without so much as a callback BOTH times. Don't bother with this Company. There are plenty of other great electrical contractors who are more than happy to come and earn your business.

Working with these great professionals was a fantastic experience! They finished our home's lighting installation, which included LED pot lights, a chandelier and flush mount lighting. They were prompt, efficient, cost-effective and polite. I'll keep them in mind for future electrical projects.

Ken and Wayne were out yesterday to fix a malfunctioning kitchen light. The problem was found quickly and corrected. They have been here before and greeted me with cordial good to see you again and also told me to say hello to my husband and happy bday to my granddaughters! I was referred to Westco Electrical Services by another contractor. I met with the owner, Chas West and discussed additional needs I had. Chas and his crew installed ceiling fans, custom lighting and switches. Additionally, when we discovered the ceiling fan extensions I had ordered on the internet were too long, Chas cut them to the proper size so I did not have to return and reorder more.Chas is a very friendly and professional electrician. He is very knowledgeable and is able to explain concepts in a way that makes it easy to understand.I recently referred him to a neighbor who was preparing his house for sale and wanted some L.E.D. lights installed in his garage. Chas and his associate came in, removed the original Bulb sealed the outlet and installed two functional Daylight fixtures. The neighbor was very, very happy with the results. His house has since sold and I have no doubt the buyers will be happy with the bright lighting in their garage.Westco Electrical has my highest recommendation. They are at the top of my list whenever I need any electrical services.
