We had some bad luck with a power surge during a storm. We lost two motors and a control board. Brandon was dispatched to our home to assess the two systems we have. Parts were obtained and repairs were made in less than 3 days. Brandon does high quality work while maintaining a professional and pleasant work demeanor. I will be using Baker bros always and be requesting Brandon every time for my HVAC needs.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIMEI called originally because I have an issue with my doorbell in my new home and I needed a few things installed (3 ceiling fans, 2 Nest thermostats, 2 Nest CO2 detectors). The supervisor called me back and set an appointment. After waiting for 2 hours after the appointment time, I called them back. Turns out, they had tried ringing my doorbell - the same thing I was having the issue with not working - and they left. After I called the main office, the supervisor (Gerardo) called me back. He tried to reschedule me for a week later! After some dialogue he agreed to come back later that day. When I reminded him of everything that else we had talked about that needed to be installed, he told me that they didn't do Nest thermostats. Why didn't he tell me that in the first place?!? I never would have made the original appointment had I known that. Just an awful, awful experience.

J&S is professional, on-time, fair with their pricing and they warranty their work performed. John (the owner) is an excellent communicator and always explains everything before, during, and after the process (which keeps my stress level down because I know I'm not going to get hit with any extra surprises at the end). I have J&S saved in my phone and they will always be my 1 go to for any future electrical services.Thanks again John!

Do NOT use this company. They are unprofessional in their attire and behavior. They are inept and made my problem worse, and they are irresponsible. They not only do not stand behind their work, but they will take your money and run.
